This was a very disappointing visit. I ordered online and showed up a few minutes AFTER the order had been said to be ready, however there were no pickup orders ready. The manager said it would be just a minute, so I sat and waited. The two workers continued making sandwiches for other customers. Six customers came in after me (4 of them were also online orders), and all of these were served before me. I waited 40 minutes beyond the pick up time. The manager offered no apologies or compensation for the waittime. Very disappointed in this location.

Where is Tonya and Jordan? They were the best running this store. I went in there around 8:30 last night and to purchase a sub. Where the baked cookies in the container are located, I’ve told the cashier that flies were flying on them. She proceeded to take the cookies out and replace them with fresh cookies. Instead she pretended to take the cookies down and when I walked out the store and stood at the door she put the same cookies back inside the cookies container. I will not be eating there anymore!!

This is a Turkey sub, not an Italian sub. When I send someone to get me an Italian sub, you shouldn’t have to ask them what meats go on an Italian sub. Ham, salami, pepperoni… not turkey. That’s like bartender asking what goes in a Pina Colada. You know who can make a great Italian sub, Jersey Mikes.

Not even sure what the person making my sandwich was doing. I ordered the boss and all i changed was extra parmesean. There is lettuce tomatos and onions on my sub. Already had attitude from the staff on a prior visit. Will certainly be visiting a different subway from now on.

Would be cool when I walk In to order an Italian BMT if they knew what it was. Straight up asked if I KNEW how to make it. Poor man had a co worker of his playing on her phone in the corner of the store watching him struggle and not helping. 6:30 pm Friday on May 17th. I straight up left since they couldn’t do the bare minimum the job required. The coupons they also pick and choose when they wanna do. It’s hard to believe if system is down when the wife uses it, but everytime the husband is in, he refuses to do coupons.

People very rude. Did not ask about sauce. Said the steak would be cold because I didn’t want sub toasted. Both sandwiches were very bad. The attitude of the employee was very bad. Was going to get another sub but they made me feel unappreciated. So I paid and left. Not a way to run a business.

Completely Disgusted And Utterly Grossed Out. it Was FILTHY beyond disbelief. The lobby was trashed as if it wasn’t clean for days. The cooler was not up to par. My experience as a whole I would say shut the whole store down. The employees were the worst and I was only picking up deliveries. SAVE YOUR MONEY !
