Every time we go to Subway in Cochran they’re short of bread maybe they don’t have any iced tea you normally can’t get what you want. Hope someday it’s a normal subway. I did observe a lot of people just grab their food and go we ate in.

So I’ve never had this issue with Subway before any Subway I went to they always make my subs the way I ask! And not the way the worker wanna make it. So I go into Cochran subway like I always do I And I order my Philly cheesesteak the way I always do it. Any Subway I go to. I want my bread very lightly toasted. Which I get my meat cooked before my bread gets toasted because I want my meat hot! The worker go ahead and tell me that he got a setting on his oven where he can Lightly toast my bread and my meat will be hot. Ain’t no way you put my bread in the oven for four seconds and my meat is hot if I could tell you to heat my meat up first, that’s what I want you to do and not do it Makes you happy. This is not your sub. You’re not the one eating it I am! Whoever the guy was tonight that made my sub he didn’t have a bit more care in the world because he seen I was aggravated with the way he was making my sub because he did not follow my instructions. He did what he wanted to do. I’m very disappointed in him, the Shift leader or whatever she was after I walked out and came back in and told her what was going on. She got up and fix my order. Thankfully she showed that she cared subway in Cochran ain’t gotta worry about me anymore, if you’re not gonna make my food the way I want it then I’m not gonna spend my money with you.!

Quality of food has declined greatly since new ownership. I love subway sandwiches and am a frequent customer, however on my last visit there was a fly on the meat and the lettuce was brown and the staff was really struggling to make the orders, ie. Short staffed. Will have to go elsewhere to satisfy my subway cravings.

During my experience, the location was short staffed considering the location and size, and there were a lot of ingredients unavailable, but the staff was pleasant and made the sandwiches we asked for (despite not having what we really wanted). So I cannot blame the staff, but the experience was short lived considering its location and potential.

I tried coming back five times after subway switched owners. But each time was worse than the last. The food is awful and old. Every time something should be toasted it’s cold. Even the meat was cold. The cheese still cold. Nothing is ever cooked on the sandwich. I been craving subway due to the old workers that use to be there. But the new workers are different. The sandwiches is not worth the price that subway is trying to keep. I got sick off of an sandwich and I only ate five bites. Subway has really fallen from the greatness it use to have. Very disappointed

A recent change in ownership has somewhat affected the atmosphere and overall quality. Fewer indoor seating spaces. Employees seem to put less quantity of condiments on the sandwiches but they will add more if you request. Good health inspection score. Clean environment. Products are priced above what they are worth in my opinion.

Walked in at 7:55 pm, to order and eat inside, but we were told we could not eat inside because the dining room was closed because there was only 2 workers, that if we wanted to eat there we could eat outside in the rain and wind(Crazy). We told the employee we wanted to get a bite to eat before we hit the road to drive 2 hours. She said she didn’t care. They don’t close until 10. So we left and we next door to the Huddle House, where the Service, Attitude & Food was a lot better, Will Never go inside this subway ever again, Very Sad situation!!!

My favorite Subway lunch stop by far. The regular guy who always seems to be there is quick, professional and makes an awesome sandwich, not skimpy on the toppings ! Every time I come through Cochran I will be stopping for a Subway here.

Refuses to accept subway mail out coupons. Took a coupon in for two foot long subs for 12.99 ended up getting two 6 inch subs for 14.00 I was told the owner Will not honor coupons.

Walked to door at 9:03pm when the store hours posted are open til 930. Door was locked and business closed. The manager confronted me and told me to contact the franchise manager. I asked for her business card. I was told I could find it on my own. Also the manager referred to me as a cracker. I cannot understand how you could employ someone or make them a manager when they are using racial slurs to customers. I promise I will seek action at the district level. The incident happened on 3/16. Racial slurs towards a customer should not be tolerated. I will never ever waste my time there again. The wire mom
