Much better than the last time I stopped at this location.
This time the service was amazing. She made suggestions and offered extra mayo packets in case it wasn’t enough for my mayo loving husband.
The store is clean. The sandwich line was well maintained and everything looked fresh.
My only complaint is that the “Sweet tea” was in no way sweet or freshly brewed.

I am basing this review off of the guy that was running the store today – 10/1/22. His name was Jason and he was clearly overran with orders online and the guy there with him had a hurt had and couldn’t help. Nonetheless he kept a good attitude and the food and ingredients were really fresh.

I’ve indulged in quite a few cold cuts throughout my years but never one quite so delicious. Sandwich Picasso Stephanie Merciers and the rest of staff made me and my baby girl feel welcome the moment we walked in the door. Can’t see myself ever slumming it at any other Subway when this one is soooo much better than the rest!

My first job was subway in high school and I made a lot of sandwiches. This place never disappoints from cleanliness, quality and professionalism. it has always met my expectations I have walked out of many subways that have low standards, I refuse to pay for bad service. Thank you Allison for always meeting my expectations as a sandwich artist and having pride in your work means a lot! I recommend this subway and know where to go when i want great service.

Made the mistake of ordering online so I could run in grab order no wait.. I ordered an oven roasted turkey salad with double turkey, oil and vinegar & jalapeños on side.. I had literally 2 slices of turkey no oil and vinegar or jalapeños!! Lesson learned!! Thanks!!

This was by far the worst experience. We walked in and stood there for several minutes as the employee was filling up containers. Never greeted us, never said just a min or nothing. Other customers came in behind us, and she finally said asked what we wanted. They also had their sign off, and it was 7p.m. They acted we, and the 6 people behind us were an inconvenience for them. Horrible service. Not to mention the one employee talking about throwing up as me and my family sit and was eating out food. Subway really needs to teach these employees a little customer service skills. Do better Subway on Lafayette Rd.

Last time I was here, they were very far behind. The employee serving us said the previous shift had left everything a mess to walk into that day. She apologized and gave me a free chip and small drink with my sandwich. I am very appreciative. I have informed their corporate so this store doesn’t have to deal with these problems again.
