Horrible experience. Ordered online was told order would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived 10 minutes later. Customers arrived after me ordered at the counter and still received their food first. After 20 minutes of this I finally left.. Then the fun really begins with Pizza Hut. You’re not able to reach any customer service representatives and they do not have the ability to provide a refund for food that you do not receive. You have to wait for the store to call you back at their convenience. CUSTOMERS DO NOT MATTTER. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Ordered 5 pizzas on the app. Was hung up on when I called to clarify our order then when I called back I told the young man half my order and he put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When he came back on the phone he said they already made the pizzas…..they didn’t even have my order right. He put me on the phone with the manager who said they would remake them but they don’t have all the ingredients now. I said that’s fine just not thin crust. When I arrived she told me that she is just going to give me the messed up pizzas cause she thinks they messed up again. I clarified that we should have at least one bbq pizza. She said yes. Just brought 9 pizzas home and only 1 pizza is correct! Some of the pizzas tasted like old cheese. One looked and tasted like it had sat out for quite awhile. Needless to say everyone is still hungry and very unhappy. Unfortunately they close at 10 so by the time I re order our food and drive back they would be closed! What a huge disappointment! Oh and when we first walked in the girl at the counter had her fingers all over her lips and in her mouth! I called her out and she took off to the back. When she returned she said….I was putting on chapstick and then walked off again. Dinner felt like we were tasting science experiments. What an unprofessional establishment!

**Beware Not a sit down restaurant**
Was driving from Phx and stopped in to what we thought was a full old school Pizza Hut location. Boy we were wrong! The gal advised no fountain drinks, no beer and no salad bar. No where does it say a glorified to-go location. The lobby and restrooms were clean the place looked and smelt like the place from my childhood. But NOT a dinning room location.

Just picked up 4 pizzas & 32 wings. One of the medium Buffalo wings was literally breaded & fried cardboard. I don’t really know how something like that can happen.

My Pizza Hut is the bomb. These guys never miss staff is always friendly when I walk in and when I order delivery. Food is always fresh and hot and if there is any type of mistakes or issues they will definitely make it right on your next order. I’ve been ordering pizzas from here for my family and I at least one to two times a month for the last 3 years and they’ve always been consistent . I’m definitely grateful for all the employees at my Pizza Hut. They always come come through five stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
