3 weeks ago I gave 1 star… because of April ( manager) encouraging me come back…I did. Exceptional service and quality…tasty…. delicious…what I expected from Subway. Fresh and very high quality…made EXACTLY as I ordered. Thank you April and the 2 young men that were working. This was Saturday at almost 2pm….a little wait, but nothing unbearable.( Even my dog wanted a bite! That’s HUGE!!!)

I have ordered online with the store several times. This was disappointing to order hours in advance and not have it ready when I arrived. The sandwich was not made the way I requested as well. They didn’t have any cookies I ordered. I don’t know if this associate was new or what, but it was not a great experience.

The idea of ordering ahead is good until you use this restaurant. If you order online they will make sure your order is dead last if they have customers coming inside. Which makes no sense. I paid ahead of time and ordered. Why is my order a priority? Instead my mother in law has waited 15 additional minutes past the pick up time.
