Mandy made us a bunch of sandwiches and was patient and kind. She was by herself which is a manager problem and there was a long line even tho she was working fast because again she had no help at all.

Came in today to get lunch with my husband. Mandi was the one making our sandwiches. She never asked me or my husband if we wanted our bread toasted or not and she did not put the correct ingredients on my husbands sandwich. She also burnt the bread on my sandwich and then argued with me about a deal that was on the app. She charged my husband for the wrong sandwich and was totally rude during the entire interaction. She charged my husband for a sandwich that had costed more than what he got. Mandi was very rude and we will not be coming back.

I’ve work at this subway before and after I left this place went down hill but that’s not what this is about. A woman named “mandi” made my sandwich today and she put gray meat on my sandwich. I watched her play with it to make it flat so I know she saw what I did. Personally I would never serve a customer something I wouldn’t eat. She may be okay with eating bad gray meat but I am not. I honestly don’t think she took the ServSafe test. If she did she must not have paid attention or cheated for the answers. She definitely needs some retraining done.

I went in to this subway where I frequent.Or should I say where I will no longer frequent. I have been ordering the same sandwich since early 2000s. Footling Tuna with pickles salt and pepper. So I go in today and order my everytime order and I watch the “sandwich artist” put three “TINY” scoops of tuna on a footling. When I say tiny I mean tiny scoops. He then gets the spreading knife and begins to spread the tuna. I ask are you only putting 3 tiny scoops of tuna on a footling? He responds blankly with “that is all we can put on a footling without charging double meat” I said that is not even worth buying and it’s never been like that” He matter of factory says ” well a lot of things have changed” and spreads the tuna paper thin on my sub.
I will never be eating Subway again and I suggest customers realize that apparently Subway wants to give you less food for the same money and then be rude about it. Never Eating Subway Again!!!!!!!!

The problem I have is a coupon was presented for 2 foot long sandwiches for 12.99 and being charged $44 because they basically stole from my friend. When the manager was contacted she was told nothing could be done? That’s not customer service at all. Subway do better!

Wasted 20 minutes of my break time. The manager did not help the other employee making sandwiches. Bread was to hard and vegetables were not fresh looked like they had been out for 2 days. The meat had a weird smell could not eat the sandwich. Awful experience!

One star is one too many. I got no service whatsoever, from two extremely rude persons. I had to respect a person with purple pink hair who would not respect my white hair (I’m going 70). They were unable to serve us so we left without buying. Avoid.
