I normally enjoy eating at this restaurant but today it was a huge disappointment I ordered the 6 piece wings unfortunately there were 2 feathers sticking out of one of the wings and a chicken ball I guess that’s what it was. I instantly lost my appetite, so I called to let them know about the chicken and the manager said he can replace the one wing. As much as money Papa’s makes they do not honor their mistakes I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be eating here again.

December 13, 2025 just left Papas at 9 o’clock ordered the number two with the works $13 and some change for garbage. It was cold. The patty was thin in the McDonald’s patty. The french fries were hot and good. The drink was flat. I called back to complain and all the manager was go back-and-forth with me instead of listening to me every time I said something, she said something back do not let me even finish mind you my first time never again, do what you will, but I will never again, I thought they were gonna taste like the Papas and Mount Morris, Michigan burgers or chef kiss but they were discussing on Pearson Road had no idea that the restaurants are not affiliated together. Manager you caused this horrible review because when I called to try to explain myself you were disrespectful.

This is one of the few solid places to go to in genesse county for authentic coney island fare. Fast, friendly, and fresh enough with decent prices. I’ve been to hundreds of places that claim to be like papa’s, this is what i always compare them to, and few come close.
