I come here all the time so I might be biased but I’ve rarely had a bad experience with the two ladies who make my sandwich. I frequent the gym next door so this subway is just too much of a convenience for me.

I can understand some of the negative reviews but perhaps it’s because I’m Asian and can understand that there might be a language barrier with the owners.

My sandwich is always good and the one or two times they’ve messed up hasn’t been a big issue to me.

The place is extremely clean and the actual veggies seem well maintained.

Overall I’ll probably keep coming back here.

Absolutely terrible. Those 2 girls need to be replaced. Whoever the “owner” or “manager” is clearly isn’t sorry for hiring them. Between the side eyes,attitude ,and the way they are never at the front I was charged for food I didn’t get . They are terrible at service. Not ever going back to such a disrespectful place. You guys need to get it together. Wouldn’t recommend the food since its not fresh when the put it out and they skimp on the topping like they’re the ones paying for it.

If you’re going to pay with coupons, it’s not a good idea. The girls make your sandwich reluctantly, as if the money doesn’t count the same as other customers’. Very unpleasant experience. If you’re going to offer coupons, make sure your employees know that money is worth the same.

I got me a sandwich, that was good, and I like the subway it’s neat and clean and the service was good too, those two girls are very friendly and polite. I like it when they gave me a warm welcome at subway.

Wow! Talk about disappointment. I ordered 1 foot long and one 6″ tuna sandwiches. There was so little tuna on it she almost had to scrape it to even try to cover the bread. I won’t be back. In addition to that I ordered a pretzel. When I got it I asked if I got the cheese sauce. She said it didn’t come with cheese sauce, but the sign right there says it does. She insisted that it doesn’t get cheese sauce. The cheese sauce is literally on the pretzel’s picture.

Service is really bad. The two Indian girls (Jenny and Jessica) are not very good with customer
service. They gave me the wrong sandwich because they were making sandwiches for online and mixed my sandwich up with that one. When I came back to tell them that they gave me the wrong sandwich she asked what is the sandwich? To me you don’t ask what’s sandwich or was she should have said I will remake the sandwich. She acted like she had an attitude. From the beginning of placing my order she had an attitude anyway. When I asked for the manager one of the girls went back to find the manager but never gave me her name. Once I asked for her name she told me her name was Jenny and I asked for her last name but she said she did not have a last name. So I asked for both of their names and that’s when they told me that their names are Jenny and Jessica.?
Also while making the sandwiches they did not put a lot of mayonnaise (she squeezed the little bit that was in there) on the sandwich. By the way I did get 3 sandwiches.
When I did confront her about her attitude she said it was because it was a little busy. Bull she always has that attitude. I also said that I would never come back to this Subway. It has been years since I’ve come back thought it had changed but it didn’t.

Worst Subway customer experience I have had (and I used to manage one back in college!). Did online order and the three subs were ready on time for pickup, ok. Got home and unwrapped them and two of the three were completely wrong in terms of ingredients ordered. Double checked my Subway app on phone and all the ingredients were on there… but not on the actual subs.

Further, the “Big Philly Cheesesteak” was more like a child’s portion of not very warm meat. I get these regularly and know how heavy they are supposed to be. My sisters turkey sub was heavier and bigger than this! See the picture.

And to cap it all off, some guy from corporate named J***y sent me an email response to my “one-minute survey” saying that they don’t always get it right… but no offer to actually make it right or to replace the horribly wrong subs. Me thinks a credit card dispute is in order for “Goods Not Received”.

Best Subway in town. Staff is always very friendly and stay busy keeping everything clean and stocked. We drive all the way thru Winder to eat her every single week and are always well taken care of.
