Got banana peppers on my sandwich. I tasted them and instantly thought they were vile. I’m a cook I know bad vegetables when I see/taste them so I picked them out. Called to complain and they hung up. I then went up there to show them and they said they looked fine. They were slimy in the middle and were bareellyyy yellow and they said “they’re fresh out the bag” last time I checked, Food can go bad in the bag just sitting around. One side yellow the other slimy they said there was nothing they could do and no “manager” on shift and that they had no corporate or franchise number. Crystal would be delighted to hear that. Pretty Convenient. So Kayla the one that had no issue being proud on how she could see nothing wrong needs a wake up call on how food goes bad even if it still looks slightly “fine to them” whilst I was watching her use the same peppers for another sandwich. The other 2 girls were not rude. Maybe Servsafe certifications on all of them would do the business well. This place used to be good. It’s gross Everytime I go now and I’ve ordered the same sub for a decade. So much for “fresh” food out the bag. Do better.

Ask if they’re hiring, you’ll be ignored by the gm at this place although a nice lady who works there helped me get his attention(although she was giggling for a reason unbeknownst me). Very unprofessional service on his (the gm’s) behalf, ignoring a simple question; the least he could’ve said was, “No.” Instead we’ve gotten a look of dumbfoundedness before he returned back to his orders, haha. ↔️

This subway is the worst. I have had multiple issues at this location. Either the employees get my order wrong, or they are short staffed, which means you wait for 20+ minutes for a sandwhich you ordered ahead of time because you’re on the go. Also, I have noticed a trend of this location closing early lately. I placed on order tonight, October 19, 2025, which I did not receive my food or a refund as the store was closed an hour early. When I arrived, the employee told me I could cancel the order on the app, which is not true, and that they were unable to process my refund since the manager does not allow that. There was another man in the store, who was not an employee as well. I will not be coming back to this location in the future nor trusting the online ordering or store hours. I will be coming by tomorrow to speak with the manager about getting my money back.

A little torn about this review, we were rhere for lunch and the food was really good but there’s only ever one person working and it makes it so slow if you have more than a couple people in line. We had a group of six before us, we were a group of six as well. That’s a lot for one person.

How is it 9:10 AM, I’ve been here since 8:57 and the doors are still locked. The employee with the dreads opens the door, no good morning, and says “we ain’t got no bread ma’am.” I said “fine I’ll take a salad.” She responds with “We ain’t got no bowls either, I’m sorry ma’am.” Please make it make sense. I purposely waited until 9:10 to give them a few mins and still……

If you go to subway, you know every location can be very different. This subway franchise location is very clean, the people who work there are nice, and my food was perfect. I could tell the veggies were fresh. Thank you for being a healthy lunch spot!

I have had the best service at this subway when I go in person, my mobile order was so disappointing. Barely any vegetables, for the ones they actually added. My son only adds pickles to his sandwhich and there was 0 on there even when I asked for extra. All the other veggies even the ones I asked for extra for were less than you’d give on a normal portion. I’m sure it’s the owners telling their employees to skimp on everything but I paid for this and offered exactly what I wanted. My son won’t even eat the sub without pickles so that was a waste. I can’t drive back up there again it’s too far just for pickles. Very disappointed. Sometimes losing a few cents on veggies is worth a good customer experience. I won’t be back

This is a pretty nice stand alone Subway location. The restaurant was clean and the workers were friendly. Overall, I would say that I like this style of location because it’s more wide open then their normal restaurants.
