Was told to go through drive through. Couldn’t walk inside. As I pulled out of parking spot heading towards the drive through another cat pulled in. I ordered my meal on the kiosk drive through and as I pulled up to the window I saw customers in the store and the employees making the food for the car that pulled in after mine. Employee who told me I couldn’t come in looked at me and just went and made the other people’s food. You’d think since you are over pricing you products you could afford better help. Guess steph curry gets all that money

The open sign was on but all doors were locked. The schedule says 9:00. It was after 10 when I got there so I go to the drive thru. Placed my order on the screen and pulled to the window but saw no action inside. Someone was there but not doing anything. The crazy part is that I know someone that applied for a job but hasn’t gotten a call back yet. They obviously need the help. SMH

Here’s you another one star revive, but based on all the others, it is obvious you don’t care. Went into this location, they only unlock one door, I guess they are too lazy to walk over and turn the key or flip the lever to unlock the other door. Seems like the fire marshal would have a problem with that. I was going to order, but the only employee around was busy with the drive through. As I was waiting I noticed the cover over the meat was closed. Seemed odd to me. I didn’t even know they closed. Then I looked over at the vegetables. There were literally more than 10 flies all over the vegetables and it became obvious why they closed the meat… To keep the flies off. It didn’t occur to them that they will land on the mayo and lettuce I guess. I won’t be back.

Only subway I know with a drive through- which I love! Employees always serve people inside first though even if u pulled up to the window 10 min before customer even walks in. And expect a long wait time regardless. Anyways, the whole reason I was even prompted to write a review is because of an employee that served me about 15 min ago. They were out of vitamin water at the fountain drinks so he got me a cup of ice, bottled vitamin water, and included napkins and a straw all without asking. Customer service from that particular employee are on par with chick fila! Thanks dude 🙂

i placed an order here at 10am to pick up 12 for my lunch as i work at goodwill. i walk over and i don’t see any cars and obviously that’s weird, i keep walking and see a car pull up and two women get out with subway shirts on and just sit there smoking, so i go to pull on the door and it’s locked. they were supposed to be open at TEN. so now i have $12 worth of food gone since they wanted to be 2 hours late to open and the website didn’t say anything. i’ve never had an issue here before but i probably won’t go to this location ever again bc now i have to get the run around from my bank to get my money back.

Unfortunately it was worse service ever. 2 employees trying to make sandwiches seemed to be in training; however the other 2 employees who had more experience were not helping. The trainees were having to holler to back to ask what to put on sandwiches that were on menu selections, couldn’t run register, do coupons, etc. Just overall not a good experience.

never have want my husband wants. always have the door locked. workers there will touch their face while wearing gloves then will proceed to touch the food. employees are VERY rude and do not care about their customers. only subway in the area and it’s a shame we can’t even eat here.

Pulled up and drive through. It appears you have to get out of your car and do an screen touch screen to order what you want, what you want on your sandwich and such. Then you get back in your car drive to the window and you give them your bank card. Totally ridiculous

My wife and I came in for dinner but while we were standing in line we noticed the guy working kept touching his face, scratching his nose, or pulling his phone out with his gloves on and didn’t change them before touching the food and after that we lost our appetite.
