Beautiful subway in downtown Commerce. The food was good but the restaurant definitely has a fly problem. The glass on the veggie side was all smeared and needs some cleaning. The service was polite. I do believe education on hand hygiene/ new gloves after answering phone should be noted.

Ordered a Doordash…. Its was almost $50… Got a salad with NO DRESSING… No cheese… Even ordered extra cheese. It was supposed to come with lettuce and spinach, and I got a full salad of just spinach. My sandwich is supposed to be a spicy Italian, and I received a BMT. Very frustrating considering I spent so much money on this and the only aspect of my order that was right was the cookies and chips….. And i couldn’t even eat my salad because I had no dressing at home. AND doordash only gave me a refund of $17, as credit!

Subway added 12 new sub to their menu!! My husband and I are sooo happy that they brought back the Subway Club!! We ordered one, and just like we remembered, it was absolutely delicious!! Our sandwich artist was Joey, he did made our subs perfectly, and was super nice!! We can’t wait to go back!!

When I entered the store there was two young girls under 19 working one of them was very quiet and polite, I believe she was training, but the second girl I’m assuming he was training her was very loud, obnoxious yelling curse Very Vulgar on the phone with someone you could hear her across the store and she charged me for items. I did not even purchase. The very obnoxious girl had brown hair if she was short and a bit on the large side

Very rude!!! Sloppy work I told them that I removed certain items the workers got very rude rolled their eyes ever proceeded to whisper to each other behind the counter. Still one of the subs not made correctly meat and topping falling everywhere and sad thing is both employees are managers and dating so apparently that makes the mistreatment or customers and making the food extremely messy and wrong ok because no one is available to do anything about it. I highly recommend choosing a different Subway the one in Walmart is decent and very friendly!

So i went into subway and there was an older women who took my order after standing there for ten minutes while she counted change or whatever for the other young man who she let go home then she got mad cause I order the three for $17 then she made my sandwiches and one of them was chicken bacon ranch and she went to ring me up for the three sandwiches and she said she forgot my bacon so then She gave me raw bacon in a cup and I said I wanted her to cook it and she got upset and started yelling at me telling me I should of told her earlier when she got it out and put the cooked bacon in the cup where the raw bacon was and the whole time she was taking my order she was complaining how she hated her job and that’s why she quit and she shouldn’t of let the young man go home so then she calls the manager in the middle of ringing me up and starts complaining some more about how she was so stressed and has no help like I get that jobs can be stressful but as a customer it isn’t our fault whatsoever. Worst experience ever

It was a typical Sunday. They were understaffed and had 2 young ladies under 19 working one there a week and the other 2 weeks. Shocked I was. Train 2 weeks then u let them close the store. I waited 30 mine for for task order from them. Is pertains go to another one of wet jag another one here in my town. But I will eat there. the store was a bit older and could have been cleaner also the base boards and walls need repainting. But over all

I walked all the way there for I job which I did call the day before and was told I would get to talk with someone while I was there and when I got there the next day she only took my info and then said she would call me back it’s 45 minute walk from where I live to there when I could have been told this over the phone and the manager wasn’t even busy I went right when they opened she could have spoke with me but all because my boyfriend worked with her and she knew me Thru him it was a big no so we will never go back there

Order at 8pm hour before closing time. And this is what I get . I wanted extra olives and extra onions..barely any lettuce on the sandwich… Lettuce is like the cheapest at a subway I expect a little more then a few pieces… Poorly made.
