One of best restaurants in Logan Square and my favorite sushi restaurant in the city. Would eat here at least 1-2 times per month for the two years I lived in LS. All the items on the specials menu are excellent. The Zesty Islander sushi and cheese wantons are go-to favorites. Tried a lot of different sushi items on the menu and have never been disappointed. Would recommend!!

Great prices and great sushi! We split the black monster and the dragon roll, both are on the happy hour menu! Both rolls were delicious and had a great ratio of rice and fish. They have a solid patio in the back and service was quick and attentive. I definitely will be back

We stopped in for dinner and everything was outstanding. We had 3 special rolls, miso soup and seaweed salad. The sushi rolls were excellent, filled with excellent fish and vegetables and tasty toppings. I found this restaurant to be very reasonably priced and the service was stellar. Next time you’re in Logan Square support this small business with big flavors!!!

Tried this place since it was close to the Stan Mansion where we were going to an event and was unexpectedly surprised. The sushi was delicious and fresh. The Yakisoba noodles were good, though wouldn’t order them again. However, I would return just to have their Medusa roll again. Overall, solid place for sushi. Place is pretty small (at least what we were able to see) but perfect for a small group.

When I lived in Logan Square, I got sushi at Raiz with my husband at least once a month, often multiple times per month. Now I live further north, and I haven’t found a sushi restaurant anywhere in the city that comes close to the quality at Raiz. The service is always excellent, but the standout are the sushi rolls. Amazing quality, pure perfection. No notes… I can walk to 5-6 sushi joints but I will drive 30 minutes to get the sushi here instead.

I fell in love with this place! I went 3x while I was visiting. This place was walking distance from my stay. I experienced eating outdoors and in. The outdoor esthetics is very cute. The food was good as well as the costumer service. The food prices are very affordable.
