Order online to pickup curbside. Got there and sat in the front of the store in the curbside spot for 20 minutes and watched 7 people go in and come not with their subs. I went in very upset to say the least. The manager then said the subs had been siting and made some excuse. First of all don’t make excuse own your mistakes! Secondly their were atleast 5 people working other than her. I then went outside to have another customer saying something about me in the spot which I said at least you got yours I’ve been here for over 20 minutes. The girl then handed me my sloppy subs. And said she didn’t get the order in the computer til just then. Well subway allows you to track your order online so that was a lie. And a total contradiction from what the manager had just said. At least they could have gotten their stories straight. I will never go to the Cleveland store again. This is the first time this happened. It is worth the drive to go to Helen. You can place your order and show up 5 minutes later and they are standing there on the curb with your order smiles and all. And the subs are done right. My daughter got spinach on her sub and she got a whole 3 pieces. The subs were soggy and gross. We just threw them in the trash. The subs were leaking threw the ripped paper. If I could give negative starts I would.

I placed an online order because only get 30 minutes for lunch when I got there there was line and my order want even started I was even a few minutes past the time given they said they were short staffed that’s understandable however they processed to help everyone in line that just walked in instead of doing my order first since it was placed 30 minutes before so I was late back to work why have online order if it doesn’t make a difference and you still have to wait forever

Poor management is going to be the downfall of this store. Always out of food, one employee working at lunchtime, online orders not being ready on time because of being short staffed. I feel so bad for the poor employees who are by themselves working.

Employees were amazing. The one guy was so helpful at helping my son decide on something to eat. We ate in at 4:30pm on 7/14. Not sure whos managing this location, but it definitely needs to be better. There was a lot of things out. As far as the employees working while we were there 100% on service.

Place is super clean and staff was very friendly. Just wish a couple of the items had been heated more. I think the oven does less toasting when multiple sandwiches are heated back to back. Great overall.

Placed an online order at 11:50am said it would be ready at 12:10 I arrived at 12:20 they weren’t busy and they hadn’t even started the damn sandwich what’s the point of online ordering if you’re not gonna make it before I arrive to get the damn thing, 2 employees working so they have to do better

Slow workers who constantly mess up orders time and time again. Ended up waiting 30+ minutes for 2 SANDWICHES. Completely outrageous. They should hire teenagers if the old folks this slow!!!!!!

I placed an online order for grilled chicken extra chicken, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, pepper corn ranch and buffalo! Asked that the chicken to be warm before making my sandwich!! I ordered 2 of these…. Even tipped and said thank you so much! To bring it home and get this! Pic included…. I will never come back to this establishment! The one on Clarkesville is hands down worth going to! Not this hot mess….

Very rude employee today 03/03/24! Talked and rolled her eyes when we were just trying to tell her what we wanted (but theyre out of everything) and my sandwich was all crushed up and barely anything on it! Never eating here again!
