This is the best Subway by far! Clean, clean, clean! Even the bathrooms are immaculate. The customer service It’s definitely on point. The ladies are so nice! ☺️ The food is fresh counters are clean no droppings of food come by and visit trust me you won’t be disappointed! I’ll be back! Right down the street for my church Free Chapel!

I would give zero if it was possible!

I placed an online order at 9:17 PM, and the website clearly stated they stop taking online orders at 9:30 PM. I arrived at 9:20 PM to wait and pick up my order and not only was the open sign turned off, but the doors were locked. The employees inside saw me, made eye contact, and literally tried to pretend I wasn’t there. When I finally got one of them to acknowledge me, they yelled from behind the counter, “We’re closed!” while I was still outside with no explanation, no professionalism, and no effort to communicate whether I would be refunded. Meanwhile, the posted hours on the door clearly say they close at 10 PM. I even took a picture, because the lack of honesty and customer service was ridiculous. Another customer drove up right after me, also trying to place an order, because the online hours showed they were still open. She got the same rude treatment except they went and hid where we couldn’t see them anymore and they couldn’t see us! What really frustrates me is that I’ve ordered from this location before, and when they were out of a protein, they actually called immediately to offer a substitute or refund. So clearly, they know how to handle things the right way — they just chose not to tonight.
This situation was handled extremely poorly. Locking the doors early, ignoring customers, and yelling across the store is unprofessional and unacceptable. If the staff can’t handle closing procedures while still honoring posted business hours, then this location needs new management or training.

Don’t go to this location made first sandwich didn’t even ask if I wanted another just started helping next person didn’t ask if I wanted chips or drink or anything and couldn’t even cut the sandwich all the way through…. Very disappointed

Ordered on the app. Waited 20 minutes with no other customers inside then went in to get my order . 2 people had walked in just before me. I was told by the only guy working “I have other customers and you will have to wait.” Then “we don’t have the ingredients for your order”. Order was cancelled and I will have to wait a week for my refund. Please don’t shop here and maybe we can get a better place that serves everyone.

Upon arrival I wanted to purchase a footlong tuna sandwich. I asked for any deals. Latisha was very helpful and helped me download the subway app to get a second footlong one dollar deal. Also the manager Seidina was helpful as well. The store was clean. I was satisfied by the service! The store #62383-0. 1470 Browns Bridge Rd.

The manager there treats people horribly. I placed an online order and she said it wasn’t in her system. I showed her my order number and she started speaking rudely to me. I told her to refund my money then, and she rudely replied that I had to call customer service to get my money back. Also while I was i waiting for my order, the man who was cooking grabbed a cell phone and then continued preparing the food with the same gloves he used to grab the phone.

Sign says they close at 10pm. I got there at 9:20. Doors locked employee inside acting like I’m not standing there. “OPEN” sign is shining BRIGHT! If you close at 9:30, why is the open sign on and signage saying they close at 10pm. It’s a regular occurrence.

Nice-looking store, not a lot of people at the tables five people in line ahead of me. Apparently the sandwich maker was new and had to look at the cheat sheets to see what to put on a sandwich. It was very nice and friendly and professional and so was the cashier.

On another visit, it took 30 minutes for me to get a sandwich made. Nobody was smiling, nobody looked happy. Third guy showed up and did nothing to assist the line.

I was just leaving a great review for the 1470 Browns Bridge Rd. Subway. Every time I go there, they are super friendly great Customer Service the vegetables are always available and always very very fresh. The store is in perfect shape completely clean from the ceiling down to the floor. One person I wanna mention is Tamiko Jackson, she is the manager at 1470 Brown’s Bridge Road. She is a great person and very always friendly and with a super smile she does a great great job. Thank you Julie Brock.
