What I ordered vs what I received. Bologna , ham, turkey but I only see two different meats can’t tell what they are and no cheese. Online order showed employee my receipt but she wanted to see my name on it. Finally gave me the sub I paid online for. Really rude!

Unfortunately, the place was very dirty. To make things worts, there was only 1 employee attending about 16 customers in line. By the time it was our turn there was no lettuce which I love. And to top our visit the fountain machine was one of the most disgusting and nasty equipment in the place. Sure, will not return here.

I hate going to this location. I’ve visited the store on 3 different occasions and I always have to wait for the server to finish preparing online orders first. It was myself and 4 other customers waiting for at least 20 minutes, so finally I decided to go to the burger place next door. Please hire more staff to help expedite orders.
