Horrible place. I asked one of the employees a simple question, ‘Do you guys accept card here or Zelle?’ The guy rudely responded, ‘Aquí no aceptamos cuentos, manito.’ What kind of customer service is that? It was a simple question, and there was no need to be rude or answer in such an obnoxious way. I did not see the sign saying ‘no credit, debit, only cash’ until the cashier actually pointed it out.
Management should seriously consider training staff on how to friendly address customer inquiries.

People arguing outside! The entire place is a mess, the cashier is the RUDEST person Ive ever met. Placed multiple orders and she refused to accommodate to my small request for my vegetarian friend (who just wanted the cheese on the side so it wouldnt touch the meat) she said it’d be $14 as its a whole other “order”. Im absolutely disgusting by this place, they’re only in business because its open late and people get desperate. I will never be eating here again.

Food is not good. Ordered a chicken chimi and it was not freshly made. The employee pulled it out of a small oven right behind her. Meaning they were pre-made. The bread was hard, chicken taste like nothing, no type of seasoning was put on it. I ordered two tacos as well and the had the same bland taste. Do not recommend!! There’s one on 7th street(next to little apple)which is much better

I waited one hour and a 1/2 for my order . And when they gave it to me it was the wrong order I ordered Chicken with the bone they gave me chicken without the bone. And forgot to give me the 2 Burger. The food is Good . But there’s also other trucks in the area we Better service . I can say they lost me as a customer.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER!! NEVER AGAIN… Over charged and when I called to have them correct it he lied and ARGUED with me that I never ordered anything AFTER he told me that he explained to me that they didn’t have the meat I ordered (another lie) I’m disgusted by his ignorance and lack of customer service!!

If you go in there and there’s more than 3 people waiting, expect to wait around 45 mins to 1 hr and 30 mins for your food.
They only answer the phone for orders when nobody is there in person to order. I’d suggest getting fast food somewhere else.

If you don’t speak Spanish they take advantage of you. Food is mediocre. I am Hispanic,but don’t speak Spanish. I got taken for almost 50 dollars for very mediocre food and they gave me dried out over heated food.
