Extremely disappointed by this subway. I did an online order through their app and not only did half of my order not get delivered but what I did receive wasn’t made correctly. The only thing that wasn’t messed up was the cookies. When I called to get this corrected I was told that I had to drive to the store to pickup what was missing ( completely ignoring the incorrect items) or they couldn’t do anything. The point of ordering online and getting delivery for me was that I don’t have access to a car, if I could have driven up there myself I would have because that’s apparently the only way to get what you pay for.

This place has went downhill over the last year. Frequently the food is not as ordered. No napkins in bag. Really disappointed. Gonna have to change to a different location. I hate it because its convenient, bit its not worth my money lately.

The child working behind the counter seemed to think the customers were imposing on her, the food quality left a lot to be desired. What happened to eat fresh? Who ever baked the bread must have the fake it until you make it mentality Then I go to get a drink lid out of the dispenser to find a cockroach. I am done with this Subway. Just nasty

This location of subway is okay…. Usually the staff make it abundantly clear and obvious they could care less about being there. 9 times out of 10 there out of several things every time. The food is good when I have all the topping I want, but the service could use some work unfortunately.

Staff is nice and spend time on each sandwich. It takes a tiny bit longer if there’s a line at but I’d rather wait than having a soggy sloppy sandwich regardless of the prices. Veggies are always fresh when I’ve been.

I visited this restaurant today after placing two online orders. After arriving home after picking up the orders, I noticed that one of the sandwiches that I ordered was made incorrectly. I called the store to inform them of the error & was told to “Just take the onions off.” I asked the worker what did she mean by just take the onions off & she repeated what she previously said & also said “I don’t understand why you’re making a big deal about onions.” This young employee had no knowledge of if I was allergic to onions or not, especially with them already touching other parts of the sandwich and showed me that she did not care.
I immediately became frustrated asking her why wasn’t her first response to remake the sandwich. She yelled & said “You didn’t ask!” and continued to be very disrespectful, further provoking me to a state of anger. I told her that this was the worst customer service experience that I have had in this city & her response was “Well leave remarks on the customer survey.”
To whoever the manager & owners are of this restaurant – PLEASE stop hiring young, disrespectful employees who do not care about customer retention or service. I have been to this restaurant several times & have never experienced such disrespect as this. I will never return to this place of business & neither will anyone in my family!

This is a whole new level of unprofessional. I know these kids are young but DAMN! I’d have to get it on video to be believed. I doubt Subway management even meets these people, let alone interviews them. This is really a new low.

Out of most ingredients and drinks. One of the ingredients was pepper… I mean, you are right next door to a grocery store! Asked them to toast my sandwich. The bread was as soft as when they took it out of the bread warmer. And finally, the place was dirty. The drink machine had mineral scale (or at least i hoped that is what it was) all over the dispensers. The floor and booths had not been cleaned, just very dirty. And finally, the music is so loud.

Those 2 new faces me and my kids never seen but no there car will eat at there anyday. They both was extremely nice and had excellent customer service they both love there job cause our food was made wit love and care and something they would eat. We really appreciate it because it hard to come by food service workers who actually cares about how they feed you. The lady and Gentlemen was very professional.

We got our food not knowing they used the wrong bread, we said wheat they gave us multi-grain. Then, tried to get ice for our drinks. No ice would come out of machine, so I asked could I get ice. The guy shrugged as if, No, sorry. My husband had already tipped 15%, so with all that, we definitely won’t go back. Advice= An ice machine is across the street- go get some
