I thought to myself, how bad could it be, but the reviews are correct. The servers are sweet, but they need to be trained better. Even if you’re making online orders, communicate to and prioritize the other customer who walked in. It’s wrong to have them stand there for 5 minutes wondering why they haven’t been attended to. For fast food, this took way too long.

Please hire more people during busy times. There was one lady doing everything including pick up orders. There were 6 people in line standing while this poor person was taking a pick ip order with 6 sandwiches. Terrible management.

Awful Subway. This store closed for a little while and I thought they were getting new management and workers. I was wrong! Same people same service. After waiting 20 minutes for them to make three orders in front of me they left me standing there and started making pickup orders. Stood there for another 5 minutes then left. This is the exact thing that happened to me the last time I tried to eat here. Okay that’s it never again!

Awful … first time to this store since Google maps somehow redirected to this store and never again . I have a coupon for the sandwich and I was told they could take that since I have got veggie pattie in it . They lied me that they could only accept the coupon without any meats or veggie Pattie’s . Agree with others…the old guy behind the counter had one of the meanest looks I’ve ever seen on a service employee anywhere ever. I think he is probably the franchise owner as I can’t imagine anyone who cares about their business would willfully employ this person. Subway as a franchise is circling the drain and it is probably because they hand out locations to anyone with a pulse (and some without…). Stay away from this location.

If I could give them zero stars then I would! I went in today to purchase a pizza sub which I’ve always known Subway to carry (but they don’t at this location) and when I walked in, the short older gentleman was not welcoming. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him for being in the store. He was curt in his responses to my questions and when I said that I was leaving and was going to another store he said, “Perfect.” That is absolutely one of the rudest interactions I have ever experienced at an establishment! Do not give them your money!! Smh!!

Walked in around 4:30pm today, no other customers there, and this lady named Pat or Pam was working. She looked up, saw me, did not acknowledge me or my husband. Super rude. And continued to ignore us. So we walked out. Bad customer service completely!

I am sorry you guys but you need more/new servers, the 2 people who are always there are slow paced, I 100% understand that they are older but please get them some help! 1 person ahead of me and it took me 32 minutes to get one 6” veggie sandwich!
