Worst experience. Two young ladies get upset because you ask them to wear their mask correctly. All disregard for what they ask you to do even though they are breathing over your food. Walked out because I just couldn’t take the treatment any more. Popping of neck, fingers, rolling of eyes, no customer service etiquette what so ever and just plain rude. Came to get food and employees did not serve food stating on break with no estimate time of service. My niece who was purchasing the food left because they betrayed like they were not serving during normal business hours. I had to go in store to ask if they were serving and all they stated was they were on break, I had to ask when will they be able to serve then they said 10 min. Next time they should let customers know a time instead of sending them out as if they can’t be served. Need better training.

I placed an order through DoorDash at 7pm on Saturday, I arrived to pick up my order after receiving a message saying that my order is ready for pick up, and I get to the store and these young girls claimed I didn’t have an order with them when I clearly showed them the order on DoorDash. They were cleaning up to go home, and no food was out. It wasn’t even 8pm. I was so upset.

Ghetto. The lady who made my sandwich today had an attitude and headphones in her ear the whole entire time. Even after I left 30 min later she was taking customers orders with headphones in her ear. That is unprofessional. Not to mention the cookies weren’t fully baked and so soft and undercooked that they were breaking a part as I picked then up. Won’t eat there again.
