Walked in on 9/21/25 and the employee was sitting at the table on her phone and never greeted us and after a couple minutes she came and asked what we wanted. After ordering our food she stated the register said she had to drop her drawer and she did not know how to do that so she called someone on the phone to assist and after about 10 minutes or more this guy finally showed up to assist. Very unprofessional and irritating having to wait so long for something that all employees should know how to do or at least have someone there at all times to assist.

Placed an order thru the app, when I arrived to pick up my food I was told they were out of bowls so I wouldn’t be receiving the protein bowl I ordered. I asked about a refund and was told they couldn’t do that since I ordered on the app. I asked if I could be given a sandwich in its place and was told no cause their inventory would be off. So this place basically pocketed an extra $13. I have contacted the app and corporate and still haven’t been refunded!

I was picking up someone’s order for DoorDash, and I asked the Subway Employee (tall, dark skin, with dreadlocks). I showed him the name for the order for the customer.
He said, “It just came up.”
Okay so I sit down and waited for nearly TEN MINUTES, and he was fixing these other two customers order without informing me about the person’s order that suppose to be ready at (3:07).
And then he even asked after those ten minutes, what’s the order name. ♀️, I told him the customers name, and he put the order on the counter, not on the pick up rack.
Seriously…
He had the person’s food sitting there for ten minutes. That’s not how you manage an online pick order. They need to do better.

Was greeted as soon as I walked through the door! The three employee who I saw working were so nice and pleasant. I had three sandwiches and I didn’t not feel at all rushed when I was placing my order. The team worked really well together. As the sandwiches were toasted, one employee rang me up so that the line would move quickly. This is my favorite subway in town!

The people always greet you and say Thank you when you leave. The store is always clean. The food bar is always clean and well stocked with items for sandwiches, and or pizzas. The soda dispensers are kept clean at all times. The Manager is amazingly friendly.

One of the best customer service I ever had in entire SUBWAY franchise in nation by Ms. LATONIA works here in this place. She handled every single customer with same great manners. She talked to small kids with very politely. In one word any business review changed by the employee that’s why I mentioned her name in my review. I would like to thank her for her great service.

I had a foot long tuna on wheat. Condiments were lettuce, black olives, mayo, olive oil & black pepper. No salt added but sandwich was too salty. Preparer wasn’t wearing face mask. I don’t know if he was vaccinated. Didn’t like it.
