This grumpy evil acting staff member was disrespectful, rude, and condescending. Got an attitude because I asked about the menu and he was rude while serving us. Gave us a large cup, then got pissed off at us when we filled it at drink station. This is the second and last time I will ever patronize this establishment. Each time I’ve been, he made it a horrible experience. The food isn’t good enough for poor customer service and treatment.

$30 with moderate tip. Not worth the price. Small servings for the price. I am also tired of being prompted for a tip with NO TABLE SERVICE. Tips are for those paid 1/2 min wage (waiters and waitresses) for their service. It’s getting to the point where we should boycott all tipping! It is being abused!!

The customer service was awful. The guy who took our order was a rude, just the way he spoke to us, as if he was annoyed that we had came in. Dickey’s BBQ is a decent spot if you’re in the mood for barbecue and want something quick and convenient. The place has that classic barbecue smell when you walk in, and the staff is usually friendly and fast.
The food is good, but not amazing. The meats have a nice smoky flavor, though sometimes they can be a little dry depending on the day. The ribs are usually the highlight, and the pulled pork is pretty solid too. The sides are hit or miss,the mac and cheese and baked beans are the better ones, while some of the others feel a bit generic.
Prices are fair, and the portions are good for what you pay. It’s not the kind of BBQ that’ll blow you away, but it gets the job done if you’re craving something smoky and satisfying without a long wait.
Overall, Dickey’s is a reliable chain spot for barbecue, but if you’re looking for that “wow” factor, there are better local BBQ joints around.

Lunch was provided from this location, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I ordered the wings and they were extremely dry, lacked any real flavor, and tasted only of smoke. I specifically requested mild buffalo but received plain wings with no sauce, no bleu cheese, and no accompaniments.
I also ordered the loaded mashed potatoes, which arrived cold and far from “loaded” not creamy, not flavorful, and clearly poorly prepared. Whether this was due to delivery or kitchen quality, the result was unacceptable.
Overall, this experience did not inspire confidence in the food quality. I may consider trying something else in the future, but I will absolutely never order the wings again.

Everyone has the opportunity for redemption. I had posted a fairly negative review due to poor service over a month ago. A couple weeks back, I returned to Dickey’s. I like their BBQ and decided to give this location one last shot. I did come earlier during the day and picked up a sandwich and some sides. Tasty as always! Well, the day staff, in particular, Cody made sure that I was well taken care of. I’ll be back!

I walked in to order food and the only employee I saw in the restaurant was fiddling with the TV in the dining area. Didn’t say a word to me and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. I greeted him and he kept messing with the TV. I walked out and went elsewhere. Last Friday I came about 930pm or so and they had the doors locked. The hours are definitely not until midnight. Find a better BBQ place. Not because the food is bad – it isn’t. It’s the abysmal service.

Service was great! Tim the manager was personable and made sure my visit was good and helpful. Dariel and Greg both served me and they were both amazing! Very attentive and polite and timely with my order and drinks. They had a lunch rush during my visit and they still didn’t miss a beat! Love the new location. Hospitality is their focus and I appreciate it! 10/10 and my second time here.
