We got to the store before 9 and telling them what we wanted on our sandwiches and at checkout we were trying to get the buy 3 get 1 free and we scanned and it wasn’t working, cool. Then they told us we had to order online for it to work, keep in mind it doesn’t say that in any of the posters or online either, so we were ordering and some minutes later the lady told us that online orders stopped at 9 and it was 9:15 when she told us and we were done ordering, and they ended up not giving us the 1 for free, its the first subway where I had something like this happen, worst experience ever, and the girls looked like they didn’t want to be there, horrible customer service

Very close to where we live. The outlet is adjacent to QT. We were disappointed that they were not participating in a promo which we had a pamphlet of. We walked out with a Churo which kinda went hard by the time we reached home. The ambiance was good and staff were helpful.

I can’t lie the food was decent and the two young lady employees were very nice. The manager lady had a sucky attitude. She also stood back and watched as I cleaned my table myself. She made the experience bad I gave two stars on service because her employees were great. They deserve 5 stars. Her service was trash!

There was just one young lady working when I went, and her customer service was exceptional. She was friendly and personable, and took great care making my sandwich. The ingredients looked fresh, and my sandwich tasted great. There was no one else in the store at the time, so we chatted while she completed my order. I love when people have good customer service skills and are personable. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

I honestly couldn’t understand the employee while they took my family’s order. I asked for a specific item and was told it only came in a number ten. I found that the quality of the food in its self was great, but we ordered four sandwiches and a drink. We were charged sixty plus dollars for four sandwiches. I would give you a lower review if I could.
