This Subway, perhaps all Subways are not what they used to be. Prices higher and higher and portions, mainly meat and cheese seem to be dwindling. This one often has certain items unavailable which is inexcusable. Send someone to Publix. Their drink machine been out of service for months.

I came in and spoke. The owner did not speak back. After picking up my order placed online. I have 6 translucent slices of turkey on a 12 inch sub. I see more veggies and bread then meat, doesn’t represent what is shown when ordered. Please stop giving these people business. I noticed it’s like this after using coupons online.

These people don’t follow subway guidelines and are stingy with all items, as for the service, I was barely spoken to and employees didn’t seem to know their own menu. Overall the business was clean, but I won’t be returning to spend that much money on the smallest sub I’ve ever had.

Everytime i go here it seems like the guy has an attitude. I try to avoid the attitude because this is the close one to me and i like to go after the gym but it’s just no customer service here at all. He barely put any meat on my sandwich. They need to get another face for their store because this guy isn’t helping the store at all.

I ordered two foot long sandwiches toasted with cheese. For some reason this particular worker always toast the cheese on the bread instead of the meat. I’m not ordering a grilled cheese sandwich.
I tried to explain by saying flip it over and still was wrong so I said please redo it. Usually I accept this backwards way the sandwich is made by her, however this time I wanted it toasted the way every Subway store does and has been for years.
Well KORTNEY proceeds to interject herself in the conversation by yelling and acting in a threatening manner accusing me of wanting the sandwich made backwards. Really wanted to leave BUT I was exhausted from driving in traffic and just ready to go home. KORTNEY was busy making other sandwiches to notice was my experience anyway.
Because KORTNEY was so RUDE and nasty by literally arguing with me, I will NOT be returning!!!

Went in just to buy some cookies and there was a couple in front of me when I walked in. I waited patiently for them to get done ordering and sat down until they were done. The owner/worker seen me waiting and took other people’s order that came in after me. I have health issues that prevents me from standing for long periods of time, and that’s why I was sitting down. I left and refuse to give someone like the worker my money. No one should be treated like that. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would highly recommend going to eat somewhere else!!!
