I usually order from this place. This place has serious issues when it comes to customer service. Today when I called in to place an order the lady that answered the phone was very rude on the phone. However, as a human being I understand that some people won’t be as positive as others or everytime they answer the phone. My husband just purchased this meal chicken wings with French fries. The chicken wings are miniature as if for a toddler. I brought the food back into the establishment and the lady at the register was extremely rude. I asked her “excuse me my husband just purchased this and the chicken wings are extremely small “. She then stated that there was nothing she can do about it some come small and others don’t. I then told her I wanted a refund and she then said no, because I touched the food. I then told her she was extremely rude from answering the phone to even her customer service. She treats customers as if they are less then her. Then gentlemen in the back of the restaurant that was cooking told her just to refund me back the food. She then snatched the card out of my hand and gave me back the refund. I then told her that she was extremely rude and ignorant. She then stated she was going to call the police on me. Beware of this establishment she has a major attitude problem. I told her to be blessed and then I left.

This is a whole in the wall take-out with excellent food. Excellent quality and cuts of meats and seafood. If you like spicy food, just ask them to turn up the heat for your dish. Their spicy dishes are medium spicy, not hot. The service is efficient and courteous.

man where do i start lol, for one the customer service here is horrible! the lady has a nasty attitude every time i see her or speak to her…i cant trust it, then they cook the chicken in the same oil as pork, even if you ask them to use oil thats not mixed with pork they have a problem about it….other chinese food spots will change the oil for you but for some reason they do not care for their customers im not new there, i will not be eating from them every again i honestly dont even advise going here BLACK BAMBOO much better.

Lady/ owner is extremely rude. Has 0 patiences when explaining the menu. If you don’t understand her (heavy accent) she gets upset. She snatched the menu out of my hand to tell me that those combos were not available. The food was decent, give it 4 out of 5… but the most important part of a food industry business is their service. Sad to say this place has a 1 star for customer service. That lady should put someone else to take orders if she hates dealing with customers. It was my first and last visit here.

I ordered a quart of Kung Pao Chicken. The price was more reasonable than other take out restaurants in the area. It was really quite fresh. It had loads of fresh peppers and mushrooms and the chicken was tender. It really wasn’t oily. I’ll be back for more.
