I went yesterday got a 6 in. BMT it was absolutely horrible!!!! I had my heart on Subway because I live so far from one. I got home the cheese tasted old and the worst part was the bread it was hard as a rock!!!! It seemed to be old as well. I tried to call them multiple times but no answer. I will never go back to this location ever again!!!! I am also warning people about this location!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

I stopped eating at this subway a long time ago. This place literally just opened back up under new management so I decided to try it again since before was horrible as well. But I will never be back, I used to work for subway so I know this isn’t enough for a footlong sandwich. I’d hate to see a 6 inch sub. There was no one else in there so it wasn’t rushed or during a busy time. My boyfriend wanted the hot honey chicken sandwich, and they didn’t even have it but has advertisement on the windows…. I’ll just let the picture speak for itself.

Food was horrible and I had to wait ten minutes because a lady in front of me was trying to use a coupon and the guy wouldn’t let her use it and she told him she would just order it online and he told her she couldn’t do that because he already made the sandwiches and he kept arguing with the lady and she told him it was fine she didn’t want them and he yelled at her an told her to never come back it was very disturbing I thought about leaving as well but went ahead and ordered and regretted it when I got home and the food tasted old.

Store is not supposed to close til 10 as posted on the sign however this is the 3rd time I’ve came to this location around 9PM and they have closed the store early. This time they closed at 0915P.M. Let me add that when we pulled up after we discovered they locked the door my wife called them and the girl that was sitting down answers the phone and says hello and my wife asks “don’t y’all close at 10..?.” And she looks at our car doesn’t say anything then hangs the phone up.
Here we are closing again an hour and a half early. What is going on with this establishment..? Firehouse is right across the road don’t play with me.

Out all subways I been to this was the worst service operation I have ever sent steak meet they microwaved it instead of the toaster oven had hard chunks of meet in it ask for them to chop up my onions and peppers they said we do t do that its already Chopped lettuce looked like it was 3 weeks old I normally give a place a 2nd chance but this one will never see anyone from my house again.

all three employees welcomed me when I entered the store and were smiling. They didn’t rush me to decide on what I wanted, and were very nice and pleasant and accommodating while I was there the best subway store I’ve ever been in, and I’ve been in quite a few.

I feel bad for the guy working by himself when the other employees were in the back hanging out with people that don’t work there, but this is just unacceptable. I placed my order online around 1030. At 10:55 It says that my order is ready. I go to the restaurant and they hadn’t even started on my order yet. Not sure why it says it’s ready on the app when they haven’t even started. There’s one guy behind the counter and a couple of employees in the back yelling and making noises with people that don’t work there. So the guy has to make the orders of the people that came in the store before I did so he doesn’t upset them, which makes me wait. Almost 30 minutes for my order that I placed Probably 45 minutes ago.

Don’t go to this franchise. Online ordering will screw you up. Got there to pick up my order, they don’t have the meat, there are no bottled drinks, no chips, no ice, employee is effectively rendered useless by Subway. Can’t refund me. I can’t cancel the order. This is the 3rd time this has happened here. Benefit of the doubt has now ran out. Stay away. Was told today the phone doesn’t work so he couldn’t contact me. I repeat STAY AWAY. This franchisee doesn’t care about the restaurant, obviously. Lives in Tennessee and probably doesn’t even know what’s going on. It needs to close.
