I visited today about 1:00pm. I walked and there was no one in line so I expected somewhat of a decent speed service. The sub maker named Royal came out with no urgency whatsoever to help a customer. Really slow and sluggish. I ordered my sub and it took her 5 minutes to cut the bread and place the cheese on the bread. I am not exaggerating, sadly I timed it. Not the meat, not toasting, not condiments, just the CHEESE! She wasn’t distracted by any other customers because I was still the only person there. It took her over 15 minutes to make the sub and check me out.

Can’t tell you what the sandwiches were like, because no one was available to make them. They were on break for 30 mins, so we waited but they didn’t return in that time frame. Giving an extra star because the kitchen looked very clean and they had a 98% health score.

This place is the worst. They were out of half of everything that is needed to make a sub for most people and only had older hard white bread. The bread was so hard that it crumbled like sand. The girl that was supposed to be making bread came in around 3pm right after our order was finally made. This is on a Saturday when I’m sure they needed it. I was told that some of the staff that was supposed to be there didn’t show They are unprofessional, playing around, and can’t get anything done right. My order was done wrong at least 3 times. The amount of pepper they used on one sandwich was crazy and things were left off multiple sandwiches. I only had 4. They were also out of almost so desserts. I don’t usually dislike a place so much and i understand when people are genuinely trying, but I will never be here again. Management needs to get this place under control.

This is the slowest sandwich maker in the history of subways. It took her 20 minutes to put my meat and cheese. ♂️ By the time she was done making my 1 sandwich, it was cold like it started. I don’t know if Jesus was testing my patience or it was that slow in real time

The food here is never covered. Flies fly around the food and the young ladies do nothing about it. The lettuce looks so old it has turned brown. When I asked di they have any more lettuce, they told me it came like that. And that their lettuce always come brown looking. The women there do not smile or greet you in any way. From the time you walk in the door fo you come to order. All you here is someone saying… what you want to order? Where is the customer Service? They need fresh food! This place is awful.

We are traveling to Florida’s with our four kids and stopped by for lunch. Sam made our sandwiches and they were the best sandwiches we’ve ever had from a subway. She was so kind and friendly to my kids and us. Great customer service! Will definitely stop by again when driving through.

Black guy making subs was so rude. I was in line at 10:30 and waited 10 minutes while he casually had a conversation with the guy in front of me. The guy behind me left after waiting long. When another guy came in at 10:36pm , he told him he was the last person getting served and to turn others away. Two ladies came in at 10:39 and he told them he was not going to serve them and said “ya it’s just been one of them days”. SO RUDE. You need new employees!!!

I very seldom leave reviews but this place and the Service stands out. The sandwich girl was a classic example for a special day. The taste was fresh and prepared exceptionally well with a touch of humor I’ve never experienced before. Somebody will notice this someday and Subway will make the next 20 million profits due to superb marketing.
