Went in this evening 5/10 to get 2 subs neither were made very well. But my main issue is the attitude of the young lady making our sandwiches. I get its an hour before yall close but the rudeness was not appreciated at all. I asked for extra cheese and she rudely said thats extra( yes im aware it is) i didnt appreciate the attitude that kept coming from here while making the sandwiches and she was also hurrying us out shed ask us a question and my boyfriend had to think for a second what he wanted then she’d rudely ask again less than a second later is that all. Most likely wont be back to this store, only reason i even left a tip was because of the other employee working.

I’m so disgusted the guy whom made my sandwich wiped his nose in the middle of making our sandwiches then continued didn’t change his gloves or nothing mean while he looks sick also he didn’t cut nor wrap our sandwiches correctly so there’s a chance our sandwiches will slide out nd hit the floor once I grab it out smh I was so disgusted and disappointed! My husband had to go to a different subway cause I refused to eat tht sandwich smh the evening crew needs to tighten up nd take a food handling class cause I couldn’t believe my ears or eyes when my husband called and told me what he had did smh

Okay google, this is my first and hopefully the last review I’ll ever post. I’ve been to Subways all across the country. I’ve been Subways in affluent neighborhoods and Subways in places that can be described as less than desirable. I’ve had some pretty bad sandwiches but none have topped this. First opening the sandwich, I didn’t think it was that bad. However, every bite after the first convinced me otherwise. It got so bas that I had to drop my sandwich and start typing this review in rage. To whom ever took my postmates order between 11:15 and 11:30pm on 1/8/2020, this is not how you make a sandwich. When i asked for subway vinaigrette, I wanted a normal amount, not the entire bottle on my sandwich. It was so wet the outer paper was soaked too!!! Like how the heck do you do that!?! You even putting topping on there i didn’t request?! Unwanted toppings wouldn’t have been so bad if you did drop the entire sea of vinaigrette on my sub. If i could give a 0/5, I would. Never ordering from this Subway again. I feel scammed.

Walked in and was not greeted or talked to, employee was in the lobby on a laptop with headphones in. Guy looked up at us didn’t say anything sighed walked behind the counter still didn’t say anything to us. Continued talking on his phone walked over to put gloves on and still didn’t acknowledge us. Would not come back here poor service.

I decided to give subway a try since they have gotten rid of the commie female as a spokesman. Went in and got a salad. The guy didn’t cut anything up. Just whole slices of meats and sliced veggies. Not big deal, I’m laid back. Figure I’ll just cut it up. After checking out he tells me they don’t have any knives. I end up going to the Mexican restaurant next door and get a plastic knife. Sit back down and notice there is a puddle under my bowl and it has a small hole it in. Still not miffed. Throw some napkins down and eat. Finish up and decided to have another. Same thing. Kid still cut nothing up. At least this bowl didn’t leak and I’d already bummed a knife from next door. As a side note, they were out of diet coke and both of the tea Containers didn’t have lids on them. Yummy dust and bugs for all to enjoy.

This store is normally good. However idk if the guy was new or not but he barely spoke and when he did he mumbled and you couldn’t understand what he said at all. Didn’t give me a bag, laid my napkins for my order down on the dirty counter and then didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt before he threw it away. Very poor customer service. And I’ve worked in food/retail for years myself. If I’m being nice to you, you should be nice to me. Instead this kid just was terrible at customer service of any kind. I wish the other guy had taken my order, he at least didn’t seem to be as bad.
