This location runs hot and cold. Seems like a family business and I love that. The older guy went out of his way to mansplain to my wife and I how to order. I’ve been buying Subway sandwiches for decades. He made a good sandwich though. The lady is great and everything is fresh under her watch. Today though, the teenage female couldn’t even wait for us to pay before she jumps back on her phone to text her friends. That’s fine, I get it, but the toppings bins were scraping the bottom and should have been refreshed way earlier. Not very appetizing. Maybe less texting and more working. I’ll continue to patronize, but hope the older lady is there next time.

Person taking my order was extremely rude and unkind I do not visit Subway very often so I was a bit confused on the ordering process I was interjected multiple times and asked for which bread I wanted over and over again it was obvious I didn’t know where the options were listed and was looking at the overhead menu for them, the employee grew impatient and continued to ask me repeatedly even when I turned to ask my child for assistance he still proceeded breathe impatiently to the point where I rushed and just picked the most common thing. Definitely will not be returning and it was a very uncomfortable experience.

Absolutely terrible location. Meatballs looked absolutely disgusting with the container completely wide open. All the toppings we’re almost frozen. They had the refrigeration for the toppings too cold. You could tell that the tomatoes, jalapenos, and pickles were about to be frozen they were changing colors.. then you had cucumbers on the side of the container that were completely frozen. Manager (I think) was too busy worrying about his new special to actually help customers in line. Sauces tasted like they were old. Bread was fresh. Place needed a deep clean. Overall food did not taste very good, Sandwiches were barely cut. Don’t recommend going.

Got a blt sub today, it was horrible. Barley had no meat on it. Literally only had 2 pieces of pepperoni. 2 pieces of salami and one piece of ham and my bread was soggy. i don’t think i’ll ever be getting food from this subway again. Please do better.

All around experience was TERRIBLE! When I walked in I was greeted and was told let me know when you’re ready I’ll be back….. Then I Proceeded to order and was given items I didn’t ask for but was told it’ll taste good trust me you’ll like everything. After that I asked for mozzarella cheese and was told there wasn’t any, I asked for cookies and was told there wasn’t any. The lettuce and spinach looked like it’s been sitting out all day. When I said that I’d prefer fresher lettuce he proceeded to say that it’s fresh it’s fine.. I asked again and he caught a attitude that he had to pull out fresher lettuce for me. The store was completely unorganized and no products was put out for sale. Worst Subway I’ve ever visited.

I gave a 1 star rating because the employee was alone in the restaurant at 7:30PM, dinner rush. A line out the door and only one employee. The Owner, Area Director, and GM (in that order) should be ASHAMED of themselves. This particular employee, Marco, is often the only employee in store. He ALSO provides great service, friendly attitude, quick food, and 100% order accuracy. I go to this Subway once a week and he is ALWAYS the one who serves us, even if there is one more employee in the store. He deserves recognition, at the very least, not to be left alone to run the business during peak business hours.

I consistently have a great experience at this Subway location! Every time I visit, I notice two young women who do an excellent job. They maintain a clean environment and keep the line moving efficiently, all while providing friendly and courteous service. Their hard work truly enhances the dining experience. Highly recommend this spot!

They have a sign up saying they take coupons but the older lady working there would not take my coupon. I showed her the sign. She said she didn’t care that her boss said no coupons. So I walked out with no food. I will never go there again.
