I honestly appreciate the young lady who helped me, her attitude was very humbled even through the situation she was put in.. IT MAKES NO SENSE that she, as a young woman is left to close up BY HERSELF.. The manager was no where to be found let alone contacted. She was backed up 5 orders while fixing 2 at the time. MANAGERS if you can NOT properly run the business then find another business to run please..take in the consideration of your employees and THEIR safety. While you are home they are working their behinds off. Remember if it wasn’t for them you wouldn’t be in business. Do better.

Stopped here after a long day…(was so HUNGRY! Was ok..wish I had hellmans or dukes mayo )…& had a few more stops b4 heading home…PLUS was thinking of (Tomari Alijah Jackson) practically ALL DAY!! This was 1 of his fav places to eat…I actually sat at the same table we sat at on previous occasions. This location needs serious oversight by the owner. It failed in several key areas. It took 3 different requests to find a menu item that was actually available. Once identified, there was not enough to complete the order, however, the manager wouldn’t assist with any substitutions or compromise on the cost. Sadly, she even spoke proudly about having 13 years of service. If not for the fact that the sandwiches were reasonably fair in taste this review would be worse. I cannot imagine a revisit given the display of operational inefficiency and managerial aloofness.

We had a group order via Door dash with 7 different sandwiches. The complaint I have is when the order was delivered, none of the sandwiches were marked or labeled stating what kind under the wrapper..I had to open the sandwiches to see which ones they were and they were all in 1 bag.
