It’s been years since I’ve eaten here and decided to try it again today. So pleasantly surprised. It was clean, organized and the service was exceptional. Gavin greeting me when I walked in, and was patient and kind through the entire ordering process. His customer service skills are top notch! Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever in a subway… they gave me someone else oder to go.. after we checked the order and brought it back the manager told me it was my fault and wanted to argue about it before he eventually refunded my purchase. He complained the whole time and then told me to never come back… that is not a problem I will never go back to this subway..

Thank you for accomodating a late night customer. Mr. Set is nice, he was very accommodating and got the sandwich ready in minutes, he is careful when making the sandwich as well when taking the order. its a small thing to make but the fact that he paid attention says something more. Its a good place and nice staff, who does their job properly.

I really enjoy a good sandwich and Subway does not disappoint. However, the Manager, an elderly toothless man was reluctant to take a coupon. Said coupon stated $6.00 “any footlong sandwich”, but he just gave me few options. They should NOT advertise if they don’t want to honor coupons. I encourage management to treat customers with respect. I have heard him yell at his staff in front of customers. The staff was not a problem.

So I ordered online for me and my husband for dinner. The guys were making our sandwiches as I arrived at the store. Very nice gentleman. They told me that for a 6inch sub you only get 3 olives on your sandwich and 6 for a footlong. That is obserd to me!!!! Pay all of this money for food and barely get any toppings. We need more toppings than just 3 olives. Not sure if all subways are this way or just this one but that is awful. Come on now!!!! I also asked to get a happy Gilmore cup and couldn’t even get one of those because I didn’t do a meal because I used a coupon to save money and they will not allow their employees to even buy one for themselves if they get a meal. That’s crazy!!!!

Early review was taken down, don’t know why. The unprofessional attitude shown by the individual that is in charge of the location (tall man with blonde hair) is beyond what customers nor employees have to endure when entering an establishment. The individual in question was cursing loudly at staff and then later customers. The profanity and rudeness was to the point that the customer who came in behind me left in disgust. I’m sure that Subway wouldn’t tolerate the behavior of this person if they realize the extent of his unprofessional. I’ve enjoyed Subway for years and know that it’s a good company, however the attitude and behavior of this person is not the brand image nor values that the company represents. If this person is a manager the owner needs to terminate him, if he’s the owner, franchise needs to be revoked. The employees are always friendly and provide great service, too bad that they and the rest of us have to deal with someone who clearly was not taught nor has the ability to comprehend the concept of professional behavior and customer service.

The service was fine but seeing the owner of the place treat the workers how he did in front of customers made me sick. Snapping at his workers to scrub the walls when something simple as the drink station is dirty and sticky. I will never support a business where the owner can’t treat his own workers with even a little bit of respect, you could feel the tension of the workers afraid of him and his attitude. You will never see me here again until new ownership takes over.

Haven’t eaten my food as of yet but the customer service is horrible. Go home if you don’t want to be at work. I’ll spend my money else where next time!
