Please check your reciept before leaving. Monday night I did a door dash order to this location. I decided to get 2 chocolate chip cookies while i picked up the order. The cost was $1.59. I gav the black guy $2 & he charges me $1.69 instead, an additional .10 cents for a dining in fee. Who dines in to eat cookies on a door dash order?

Hey , did a door dash order , the bread was wrong , just came to for sandwiches to be re made , ms candy repeatedly argued what bread is the right bread , told me she cant remake my sandwich . . We went back and forth for her to remake it . I need a manger at its earliest convenience

Chris at the Subway on Austell Rd. is everything! He was so polite and welcoming. He made my food with love and as if, he was making it for himself. Location hard to find in apple map, easier in google map. I ordered online but failed on app, on web much better. When I came, my sandwich picked by other people, fortunately they made me new one even the staff behaved very unhappy. It’s not my fault right?

The gentleman helping me last night was professional, attentive and even got a compliment from another couple who was dining in and raved about their meals. I waited in the line half an hour due to a trainee making sandwiches while the manager tended register only to be told after waiting that they were out of pepperoni, black olives, pickles, and mozzarella cheese. This is the second time I’ve had issues at this location, the first being when a “sandwich artist” stood there in front of the prep area having a coughing fit without a mask during the peak of the Covid epidemic.

If cheap was a rating they would be 5 star. We went in and half the items were gone and it was very messy. The worker told us that the reason for the lack of inventory is due to the trucker strike right before the hurricane and the hurricane, however they are the ONLY subway in the area “supposedly” still affected by that.
We went to go order and tried to use a paper coupon from the local paper, fl1299, and the worker stated that she cannot take that coupon. She said she cannot take any coupons that result in more than a few dollar loss for the store. Crazy, I know. I decided to go online to check if I could use the app to order and sure enough, her store takes the coupon on the app. Now I know for a fact that some subways can turn off the coupon stuff if they actually do not take coupons, but what is going on in this store just seems super shady. If more people reported these chain restaurants that are not up to par, than the corporate headquarters would be forced to whip them into shape. Google Subway listens to report this subway. I really enjoyed coming by today, everyone was so nice and respectful. This store has really improved since they changed the manager. He’s super nice and has a great attitude towards the customers. Highly recommend this subway for anyone. The employees are really nice and respectful. I’ve been coming up here everyday almost, and enjoy it everytime.
