Server 68 should not be in customer service. I’ve been going to this Subway for years. Server 68 would not let me substitute a drink for milk. He told me with a very rude attitude stating “I would let you have it this time” after I asked him what is the policy. I always substitute a drink for milk. This guy is bad news for customer service at this subway or and service dealing with the public. This should never happen.

Gloves are not a catch-all. You don’t wear gloves and touch the cash register and then go make sandwiches. Watched her ring up a customer and then go stick her hand in the lettuce to make a sandwich. Wash your hands and put on new gloves!

The worker there name kenny literally, hands down, is one of the best workers I’ve delt with at subway. He goes above and beyond for me. If I ask him to pick a new knife because I’m allergic to come sauces there, he asks no questions and uses a clean brand new knife. This made my subway experience more enjoyable. Thanks Kenny!

Good restaurant! I ordered the teriyaki chicken sub with all the veggies. The bread was very fresh, soft, and not hard. Drastic improvements to the bread. The rest was about the same since the last time I had this sub some year and a half ago. Seems promising with the revamped menu.
