My husband and I ordered our subs and requested water to drink. The employee asked what size we wanted and pulled out 2 cups. I said just a small cup. That is what they always offer when we get water. He handed me two of the small print ed cups. When we sat down and started eating we noticed that that we were charged $5.00 total for water. I went to the counter and asked when they started charging for water and was told that they don’t charge for water, just the cups. Then I approached the employee who had given the cups to me an asked if they were out of water cups, and he said no they are right there. I mentioned that he did not offer us those cups and that we had given them a $3.00 tip to boot. He just said my apologies. I then asked for the owner’s card or name and phone number. Of course I was told that they don’t have that information. We have never paid for non bottled water that I can remember at any restaurant we eat at. Maybe once or twice a quarter for a cup somewhere. None of these employees seem to care. I think they found it entertaining. Burns me up! And of course they are usually out of something when you order. Tonight it was the provolone.

I still feel this is a great Subway restaurant with great customer service. That being said I can no longer give them a 5 star rating for two reasons. First of all the last time we ate there my wife’s chicken sandwich was cold, even after it was toasted. I wouldn’t have taken away a star for one cold sandwich in ten years though. The reason I’m dropping them to four stars is because they close up to an hour early with absolutely no warning. They still have good affordable subs and still close early if business is slow, which can be a little irritating sometimes.* 7/15/22 revised review.*

So I went in subway around 8 and the girl with the colored hair had a attitude like she didn’t want to make my salad I understand that you don’t chop it up anymore but I just wanted my meat cut a little more she just through it on the salad and looked at me and said anything else I will not be spending my money in this subway ever again I had to really control myself cause I was about to give her my peace of mind but anyway y’all need better employees..

HORRIBLE I’ve eaten here before and never had issues. However today I walked in to order and the line was long. So I decided I would run to the ladies room first. At which point a male employee behind the counter screams the bathrooms are closed and glares at me. I left and will never spend another dime at a place that allows their employees to scream at customers. He was clearly in a mood. And at no point did anyone in management say a word to him. If he was management then he clearly needs a job NOT interacting with the public.

Don’t order online. They can’t follow instructions and offer zero compensation (standard good business practice for inconveniencing your customers if you want to retain their business) when you have to go back for a corrected order.

Do not order from Subway on Doordash. Subway will send out your order without the meat and neither company will do anything about it. As of late, the restaurants are making Doordash not worth using anymore. No one wants to take the blame for an order being wrong.
