The food was decent for a quick cheap snack. The service was terrible. The one employee that work Wednesday evening shift with the habib on was very unprofessional and very rude. Will not be here again. Even if this was the only subway for 1,000 miles. Do better because she almost got her self in more trouble than comperate.

Be careful when taping your card for payment. It will automatically add a tip that you didn’t authorize and then they will look at you stupid when you tell them you did not tip. The young working just shrugged her shoulders and asked me why am I complaining to her? I’m like what, OK where’s the manager she then proceeded to “Call the manager” which didn’t answer. Very disappointing!!!!! Be careful with your debit/credit cards, you’ve been warned!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Philly sandwich , salt and vinegar chips, and Coke on the app. While I was waiting for them to give me my food they didn’t have the chips i requested which was annoying but no big deal. Then I get my sandwich and proceed to head to my car . I ended up turning back around because sandwiches tend to be messy when eating them so I decide to go back in and sit down . I proceed to open my sandwich and it was covered in sauce, meat that look not up to standard ( look almost spoiled), and to top it off an aggressive amount of onions that was thrown poorly on my sandwich. They didn’t put any banana peppers or jalapeños. So I address them, at the front about my order and they tell me that they are “ out of jalapeños and banana peppers” so instead of informing me about the missing ingredient they decided to say the hell with my order and did what they felt was necessary. She then ask me did I want to put any other toppings which was a stupid question because if I didn’t get it in the first place why would I want that now…. so I just requested a churro in place of the inconvenience. I will not be returning due to lack of communication , presentation, and quality of food . Just make the trip to Publix or firehouse honestly.

Placed an order never recieved it, a few weeks later placed another order, only got half of it and the half we got was wrong and the cookied were overbaked into hard rocks.

If you plan to order online and use a coupon at this location don’t do it. I used a bogo coupon for this location and they cancelled my order immediatley. Mind you, on the app it showed they were a participating customer. I called in and asked why it was cancelled and the guy working said it happens sometimes cause our system is messed up. I know he was lying and just saying that cause he didn’t wanna take the coupon like most subways.
