DON’T EAT HERE!! I placed an order online for two sandwiches, one was a spicy Italian and the second one was a tuna sandwich. I placed the order online so I took one bite of the sandwich I realized it was awful. The tuna taste old and it appeared to look like was just thrown together I put detailed instructions on how I would the like but it had not been followed and at this time the store was closed. So I came back the next day in hopes that they would just remake the sandwich the correct way but I was met with a confrontational older woman that was very rude and wasn’t interested in understanding my concerns with the order. She informed me that I would have to speak to the owner and refuse to give his name or the number to customer service. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this location. I frequent this location often but after my experience today I don’t know if I’ll return. Plus I witness on two separate occasions employees returning from the back of the location without washing their hands or changing out the their gloves.I had to request them to wash and change their gloves a couple of times prior to making my order.

This is my favorite Subway location. My online orders are always ready ahead of time and the service is impeccable. I would like to single out Kiddist especially!! She is the sweetest woman I have ever met next to my mother. She always asks about my work and my family even when it’s busy in the store.

My husband just left bout 10 min ago and the lady was rude as hell to my husband rushing him and not making our sandwiches the way we requested. we will never come back here again he just left and said forget the sandwiches sad part is this my second time trying to order here first time I order just three chocolate chip cookies and they where so nasty hard and tasted like
Oregano. if I could give this place a zero I would, I suggest if you want Subway just go up the street to Memorial Drive because this one is not it. Just very poor customer service.

I went there on May 21 2023 and the person who served was was slow she seem like she didn’t know nothing and then I got the 1 foot and I got pep on one n the other is different stuff I told her to. Put mayo on the other side with out the pep she but she put it on the side with the pep she need to have a talk or fired

I really enjoy the workers in here and the owner, but if you have coupons that Subway sends you, you might catch flack cause the coupons seem to be too good to be true to the owner or only coupons that can be scanned can be taken here. During the pandemic this location was crazy. They didn’t wear mask properly and one of the workers was coughing up a storm near the front of the restaurant without a mask on. She could have literally been spreading covid. Plus their microwave was broken so the food couldn’t even be cooked. This location is terrible, and needs to be investigated immediately. Very unsafe.

I literally have ordered the Southwest wrap 2 days in a row at other locations so I know what they should taste like. I told the sandwich maker I wanted it the original way, she said ok & then proceeded to look at me when it was time to make to ask what I wanted on it. I then again pointed to the display & showed her. I STILL had to call out everything that orginally came on it. She didn’t heat the meat up long enough so parts of it was still cold. She packed so much meat in it chipotle sauce was running over & getting everywhere, it was a mess. So finally time to eat the wrap & the meat tasted old. I had to throw the entire thing away as I went into work. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This is the worst subway. The food is always sloppy. You have to yell to order. And they officially have staff that don’t speak English at all. I spent 10 minutes ordering a kids turkey sub, only to get a six-inch. She didn’t understand “kid’s”. Then I was charged for it. The other woman didn’t bother helping. It was very frustrating.

I am here just about every Sunday. They are all so nice. I have yet to have a bad experience. It is refreshing to have such friendly people help you. Sadly, this is a rarity now days.
