I ordered a roast beef sandwich and a tuna sandwich. Bread was not fresh. Hardly any roast beef and 2 small scoops of tuna which usually they give 3. Tomatoes had been frozen. Lettuce had some brown on it. I was told by one of the employees if you tip leave cash. If you add a tip to your credit card they do not get it.

I always ask for my sandwich to be cut in half and they always ignore me or just they don’t listen. Very poor customer service and they are not friendly at all. I am in there three times a week and it seems like they don’t really care about working there. The owner really needs to take notice. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Hands down the very best food in any subway across America. Always very fresh and delicious. The owner is very lovely and works in the restaurant for that extra home town feel. One of my favorites in the area.

I give them a 4 star bc I tried to use my coupon from out the mail there and there’s no sign or way of knowing they don’t accept coupons until it’s time to check out. So wasn’t able to use it at this location. Other than that food was good!

Terrible place! The owner/operator TOLD her employee,( in front of us !) to cut back on our meat orders. We were LITERALLY given two small slices of ham on each sub! She is EXTREMELY moody and unfriendly, makes you feel rushed to get your order in and there’s clearly a language barrier between her and customers. I feel sorry for the young girl working there, her employer is NOT a nice person to work for and you can see she is NOT happy working there.
Needless to say…..we won’t be back.

Owner is rude, constantly rushes you and doe s not listen to what you want on YOUR sandwich. Glass is disgusting for 2 weeks now like it’s been cleaned with dirty water. Both restrooms locked saying out of order for the last 3 months. Does not accept coupons or rewards. This lady should not own any kind of food establishment.

The owner of this establishment was extremely rude to me. I requested the 6.99 sandwich meal deal displayed on the front of the store. The advertisement states any sandwich. I ordered a number 20 which includes 2x cheese. I asked her while preparing the sandwich and she told me no it doesn’t include this sandwich and tried to add shredded cheese. She started to yell and stated she was busy and I just walked out without the meal. Go somewhere else!! I’d rather starve than give money to a franchise owner like this
