Visited on Monday around noon. I usually enjoy the sandwiches from this location, especially when I order online.
But today was… different. The vegetables were uneven, barely there, and the overall portion felt surprisingly minimalist — almost like the sandwich was on a diet.
It was far below the quality I’ve come to expect here, and honestly pretty frustrating.
If this becomes the new standard, I might have to start looking for another sandwich shop.

The worst subway location I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it is the only location I can easily get to while working 14 hour shifts. I always order ahead so that I dont have to leave work for to long but they never make the order before I arrive and they all move so slow it feels like everyone’s first day everyday. Today when I arrived my sub was not made and the lady put the tuna on before toasting the bread. I asked if I forgot to request it toasted and she said if I wanted it toasted before the tuna I had to request it in the special requests. She then asked me if I wanted her to removed the tuna and toast it… after the mayo has already soaked into the bread. I told her it was ok and thought she’d just give me the sub untoasted. She put my tuna in the toaster. It made the whole sub especially mushy and the bread didnt get toasted properly. I understand toasting most of their mears but tuna??? Where is the common sense??

Upon entering I noticed 2 employees sitting in the corner chatting. I Greeted both of them without a reply. After deciding who would take my order, one of the employees put her phone down, came behind the counter and rinsed her hands. I asked kindly if she would use soap. You would have thought I called her out her name. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. I did tip her, but only 10%. It shouldn’t be robbery to use SOAP AND WATER.

“For future reference” I will not be ordering anything from this location ever again. The short lady angry lady who you have running this store is not polite and has no customer service experience and it shows. She was beyond rude and rushing. She expects you to order everything at the beginning but doesn’t give you time to think or decide on what you may want. She was more worried about getting off the serving line to take a break then helping the customer and then wants to have an attitude with customers and her co workers. If you are not cut out for working in food don’t do it please. The lady with the lady name Volt was great but the other lady did not have a name tag on so I could address her in this review.

Manager is rude unprofessional and does not need to work with the public. Does not have any sense of accountability for when a customer has an issue or what customer service is whatsoever.

I visit regularly because I enjoy the food even though the servers/ sandwich makers are NOT friendly at all. Workers Act like they are doing you a favor making the sandwich. Today my two sandwiches had very stale rolls. When calling to speak with the manager, she didn’t seem to care, just bring them back and we will remake them. I’m Sorry but I won’t be back to this location, will go a few minutes further to another subway. I guess the attitude comes from the manager and works its way down :(. My Friends have also experienced this at the Target/ Whiskey Rd location.

I went to try the subs again after not eating them for a while as I was told they had updated the menu. They did but it’s all the same stuff just renamed and tweaked. I did like the new improved chicken option. It’s rotisserie chicken instead of the strange chicken chunks they used to serve. The place got insanely busy while we were there and the staff handled it very well. They didn’t know the sandwiches though and I had to point out exactly what was on the sandwich. I was just reading off the menu board and they still put the wrong sauce. Toppings looked fresh except the guacamole was completely brown. There are better ways to handle it to keep it from browning longer. I won’t get that ever again because it added zero flavor to the sandwich and looked disgusting. I got one of the churros. It was dry and somewhat bitter. Okay but not delicious.

On Sunday evening me and my family had our subs made to perfection by the subway workers named Trent, Javier, and Allen. The service and speed to make the sandwich had us in and out in under 10 minutes which is great with the amount of people in the store at the time and the current situation in Aiken right now. I would recommend this as the best subway out the three in Aiken.
