Today was the first day I have to say I was disappointed with this location. Usually they are super good about my order and even accept my special request… But I came in the get my online order that I was nearly an hour late to pick up and it wasn’t even done yet with the app saying it was ready. So while I waited for the employee to make it, cutting in front of two waiting customers which I felt terrible about mind you, I was late getting back to work which meant less time to eat. I finally get to eat it and the bread tastes like it’s a day old and hard. Today was not my day.

This place is disgusting, went in today 10/10/21 and as soon as I walk in one of the employees is sitting in the booth playing on his cell phone, The tables were dirty the floor was sticky and had crumbs and chips all over the floor. Instead of playing on a cell phone he should be moping the floor and cleaning tables. The food didn’t taste fresh at all, I didn’t even finish my sandwich I through it in the can, should of just through it in the floor with the rest of the chips and garbage. After they made my sandwiches one of the employees was kicking on the door over and over like he was trying to kick it off the hinges. My wife’s sandwich look all dry I could have gotten a meal better at York county detention center. Everywhere you go prices are up and quality is down, and this place is no different please don’t waste your time go to another location.

This place was amazing. Jeiyah (spelling?) was our sandwich artist and he was incredibly successful. He not only made a successful sandwich but he went above and beyond and asked us whether we want our honey mustard to be successful or unsuccessful. Of course we asked for successful honey mustard, and he provided just that. What a successful employee. Thanks dude. Continue on your path to success

Out of cookies I was able to order on touch screen. I told them I didn’t mind waiting for more cookies and the young man told me the oven was already off (2 hrs before close) and that he wouldn’t heat it back up. Then was told they didn’t have the apple slices for my son’s kids meal. After leaving discovered his sandwich was not made to order as well.

Worst experience ever. Waited 40 minutes in line for 2 subs. Didn’t get a “Sorry for the wait” or anything. The girl who took my payment made me get out and get my card that fell under my car because she is too scared of customer interaction while wearing gloves to take my payment. Needless to say, I will never be returning here EVER again.

Multiple visits have proven that this location is either being poorly managed or they just don’t care.
Regular mayo in the light mayo container, no white bread, no onions, 3/4 empty vegetable rack and what vegetables were there looked old. Employees out front look to be trying, but over the last few months, it just keeps getting worse. Fort Mill definitely deserves better!

You have to go inside to make sure they make your sandwich correct. 90% of the time they totally mess up at the drive through. I’ve called and talked to the owner, yet they still cant get right. I dont go very often because I know it will probably not be right. Today I got a BLT and at the window I was asked “lettuce, tomato and bacon”. I said yes but still got no tomatoes or lettuce and it was drenched in mayo. Smh

I told the person who was making my sub to not put anything else on it and while i was paying she put hot peppers on it, i did not realize till i got home. I live 10 miles away and did not have time to drive back. I just went today 2/17/19 and ordered a steak and cheese, the steak wasn’t heated up and they didn’t put the right veggies on it. I will never stop at this subway AGAIN!!!!!!

I stood in line for ten minutes while three employees made online and drive thru orders. When I ordered a turkey sub, the employee put the wrong meat on it. Didn’t seem to know what meats were different. Then didn’t know the difference between cheeses or bread. I just walked out and went across the street to Hardee’s. Not going back.

3 people and all talk to each other while customers wait. Never have tea made – but don’t tell you until you purchased the cup. Never have chicken breast. Touching phones then food with gloves. Answering while we are in middle of giving order. Unprofessional – need some training. I always say I am never going back. This time – not going back.
