Friendly staff. Organized, Clean and bright store. Lots of options via the menu. I ordered the pineapple smoothie and it was delicious. Drinks will cost $8 – $11. Nice size. Quick service. Fruit bowls available too.

This location is the worst! The workers never check orders to make sure they’re right or complete. The last time I called after part of our order was missing again and was told three separate lies. First they didn’t offer that item for sale in their store (despite taking our money for it) then the order was still there, but it was the dashers fault because they’re supposed to check to make sure all of the items are included (even though the dasher asked for the third item and they said it was only two) then I couldn’t get a refund, then I could if I came into the store…instead of apologizing both employees gave me an attitude like I wasn’t the one who just got screwed outta 15 bucks for their mistake. Done with this location.

Yesterday was my second time visit at this particular one. I must say it was very clean and had a beautiful aura amongst the staff, especially one employee that stood out from the rest. Liliana I hope I am spelling it right, great customer service and very skillful in public relations, let me not failed to mention the beautiful warming smile and mannerism. When I say my peanut power smoothie was fixed perfectly no mistakes. I will definitely download the app thanks to Liliana, a star to reckon she has a bright future ahead with her keepsake personality. This Smoothie King will be my home based place.

First pre-order was on a Saturday AM. Bit busy, but took over 30 mins from pre-ordering my smoothie to be able to leave with it. Everything tastes delicious!
Second time, PM week day. It was quick service, walked in and out. Also, a pre-order. Everything tastes delicious!
And the third time: PM Sunday, walked in to grab 2 smoothie bowls. Highly disappointed that the smoothie bowls were not only full when picking them. But they weren’t even started with no one ordering or waiting in this location.
I would recommend this location working on their timelines with orders as well as their portions. I also see this may be an ongoing issue with this location as there are additional reviews that reciprocate this need.

I have been going to this location since it opened. I watched the employee today add more ice and put the smoothie back on the blender. Both smoothies i received were watered down and full of ice chunks. Extremely disappointed. I took both drinks back and they did remake them. And on the remade smoothies, a piece of metal was almost swallowed, possibly a nail charm. They really should wear gloves.

Today I was quickly reminded why I do not visit this location! There was little acai in the bowl and they only put ONE scoop of granola on top. If you know how small the spoon is that they use you know that isn’t nearly a reasonable amount of granola for a bowl that I paid $13.89 for. When I asked if they could put a little bit more granola on it I was told that I had to pay for extra topping when I’d already paid for extra topping!!! I will never come to their location again.
