i asked for no lettuce , bell peppers banana peppers & Mayo mustard. Got none of it & lots of lettuce. Called the restaurant and there was nothing they could do other than say at some point this week they will look at cameras to see if it does have lettuce. It’s ridiculous, it’s ridiculous that I had to call for such small detail after so many times of having to get it right at the same Subway. Save your time & money.. Subway in Simpsonville is better & fast great customer service.

One of the better subways in town, plenty of seating and clean, wait time was not to bad either, food was fresh. Staff could be a little more engaging with customers, at least fake a smile while working.

The young Lady at the Drive thru window dropped my debit card on the ground beside my truck(because she was looking away when she attempted to hand the card and receipt to me). She never apologized, just walked off. Then another girl came to the window and said “we didn’t charge you enough. I said “the other girl dropped my card and I can’t get to it unless I pull around”. So I pulled around and my wife went in and got the food. She came out and looked through the bag and they charge us for two wraps and when only got one. I just drove off never to return again!

The Subway in Fountain Inn was surprisingly good. Clean lobby, employees were polite and following safety precautions, and they finally brought back my Buffalo chicken sub! So happy about that. Only reason it’s a 4 star is because subway took away my wife’s favorite honey oat bread, but we had a great experience regardless.

I feel bad for saying this but the lady that works here is foreign and the language barrier is clearly a huge issue when going through the drive thru. The past 2 times my order has been totally wrong. Then this time I noticed it was her taking my order so I spoke very slowly and clearly with pauses between each word to ensure she could understand. I ordered a ham and turkey sub with shredded cheese, lettuce, banana peppers, onions, light mayo & mustard and salt and pepper. What I received was a ham sub with some kind of red peppers, and Swiss cheese LOADED with Mayo and mustard. (To the point I picked the sub up and it was dripping out everywhere!!) I repeated shredded cheese 3 times. I said lettuce. PAUSE. onion. PAUSE. Banana peppers. PAUSE Got none of those things. I just don’t understand.

Horrible food. We ordered the new Monster Sub and the Cold Cut Combo. Both were disgusting. The CCC was smothered in mustard, lettuce was old and the bread was hard. I can get the mustard flavor out of my mouth The Steak on the Monster tasted old, and it was cold in the middle. I don’t understand how this Subway is still in business. I do NOT recommend! Don’t waste your money here go to FIREHOUSE they are 1000 times better.

There is a new employee that probably has been working here for 6 months, but last 2 times I went in has been very helpful and so cool to talk to. Can’t remember his name was his ears has the disks in them and his voice is very sweet. He knows his stuff and let’s you know pickles do taste different but still good.
