For those many reviews on how bad the food was here, it will be worse when you find that if you paid with a card, you were probably charged two or three times!!
My wife and son recently went to this subway on the way home from a doctor visit. They ordered their meal that was bad “Like most of your reports”, but that wasn’t half of it. While paying for the meal my wife presented a SUBWAY GIFT CARD for payment. The manager grabbed the card to swipe it and started yelling “It’s no good, no good”. My wife tried to explain that it was a new gift card and that it had never been used. The manager continued to scream, it was no good and forced my wife to pay with another card. The gift card was good and fully loaded of course because my wife brought it to my work and I immediately went to a different subway, ordered my lunch and paid with the card. No Problem!!
Things smelled a little fishy and I had not ordered a tuna sandwich, so I checked my bank account. There it was! The reason she did not want to take the gift card was because she could not double charge it or maybe she did. She double charged my card, “twice for the same thing”, and maybe the gift card as well. I will go check the gift card today,
I went to this Subway a little later with my receipts and confronted the manager and she immediately started screaming and denying it. I showed her the receipt and the double charges on my banking app and asked her to fix the overcharge. She continued to deny it and insisted that I should bring her a bank statement proving the double charge. I don’t know if it is only me, but I am not too keen on giving someone who just stole my money a copy of my bank statement. I left the store because things were starting to get out of control both loud and profane. I told her she had better get the overcharge fixed.
Lowe and behold both overcharges were presented to my bank today for payment. And like I said I have yet to check the gift card. She knew exactly what she had done and made no effort to correct it. The way it all worked out makes me think she has likely done this before. I have disputed the charges with my bank and will be contacting Subway Corporate, The Betted Business Bureau and consumer affairs today. I will keep you posted with regular updates. Meanwhile, if you like Subway and their menu items I would suggest another location, there are several closes by. If not, please check your card statement after dining here.

I ordered subway for my family as we have been extremely busy all day today. My son wanted a meatball grinder no cheese but with pepperoni. As you see in the picture he got what he got. Then I checked my sandwich to see that I paid for the extra cheese and never got that. I gave them a call after getting home. For them to say “they’ll give money back” honestly it’s not worth the hassle and the customer service that I had just received shows why I’ll go down the road for business now.

Picture below of 5 tiny meatballs with absolutely no sauce and no pepperoni. Yet this is a meatball sub with no cheese?

They have a drive thru kiosk. It is thorough but the staff didn’t read any of it. I ordered a toasted meatball sub on white with provolone extra banana peppers and extra marinara. They got the toasted and meatball right. See the pictures. The hubby ordered the spicy Italian on asiago with mayo and oil plus peppers and olives. He got white. I got his asiago. No mayo or oil. We should have looked or better yet, gone inside. Definitely will never go again.

Save your money. Go elsewhere.

I ordered the beast And got a much lighter version. Understand with no vegetables. It makes it smaller but the beast with half a pound of meat?? There were maybe 4 oz of meat. I also asked for extra mayo but was told by the worker that she would get in trouble. What’s the point of having a button when you’re ordering for extra Mayo if they’re not allowed to? And the main question is where’s the meat? I guess I’d have to go to Arby’s for that. Not to mention the bread was way burnt.

I went there after my surgery, got home and the food was completely wrong. They didn’t put any toppings on the sub. I live 20 minutes away from there. I called and they were completely unapologetic. I guess next time ill make sure to check my food before I leave the drive theough

Food is okay, service is good but I’m just giving this a three star coz it doesn’t do the promo on the website. They said they are a separate and independent franchise. They should indicate that all the time. We could have gone to the other branch which is not that far from this one. Just 5 minutes away.

I order a cheese pizza added pepperoni and bacon as you can see it’s only cheese. I called the company and he said I could bring back my pizza and he would add the toppings. I said no I would like a whole new pizza with the right toppings and he told me they could not do that. Ridiculous you have to make me a new one when it was your fault you didn’t put the ingredients I ask for!!!! Please don’t give the Subway by the hospital in Easley your business. Very unprofessional!!!!

I recently had a really bad experience at this Subway. I ordered online and asked for my bread to be toasted. But when I got my sandwich, they had toasted it after adding the cheese, veggies, and dressing. This made the sandwich soggy and not as good as usual. I’ve been going to Subway for the past 10 years and have never seen them do this before. I hope they fix this for future orders.

The second I walked in it smelt so bad. It didn’t smell like fresh bread and meats. It smelt like literal funk. I got a footlong tuna and the lady was super stingy with the tuna. Giving me less than the full scoops. I asked for extra olives and she barely gave me any and when I asked for more she said if I wanted more i’d have to pay. I have never paid for extra olives at any other subway.

The woman who helped us had zero people skills. Rudeness exuded from her. Smaller portions of meat than other subway locations. Won’t be back and don’t recommend this store.
