I accidentally input my online order for the wrong store ♂️ This location was so sweet about it and called to cancel the order at the other location and took care of me. That was such a kind gesture and I can’t imagine why anyone would give this location less than 5 stars. It’s the day before payday and Christmas wiped me out, I couldn’t afford to buy it again so you guys were the reason I ate lunch today. I greatly appreciate it, and I’ll be tipping generously on my next order. Thank you ❤️

Quick turnaround time. Took maybe 4 mins for my order to come out. Place is not usually busy even though it’s on Green St. People are friendly here. I recommend using the app to earn rewards. Their rewards structure is really nice. Probably a one off thing but my sandwich was a pile of oil basically, I didn’t ask for extra on my order so no clue why it was oily inside and out.

I come here very often and am greeted by staff who have remembered my name and order! The food is always amazing, service is fire everytimeeeee!!!! Today I think it was Audrey, took my order and was very quick and professional while still delivering my order with a smile!! LOVE THIS PLACEE!!!would recommend this Jimmy store over every other one just because of her tbh, She gives great life advice and when I told her about my problems she listened respectfully and told me that I deserted better 12/10

This is my favorite restaurant in the world. ️ My sandwiches are always absolutely devine. The service is akin to your nurturing mother taking care of you as an ill child. So comforting and warm. My favorite all-star Jimmy Johnner is a 5’8 baddie by the name of Yosie. I go there just to breathe the same air she does.

The people that work here are so incredibly rude. I get it’s a fast food place and I’ve been there but these are some of the worst service workers I’ve ever met. Not only that, but after taking one bite of my sandwich I literally tasted soap. Soap! I took a picture and immediately threw it out it was inedible. This place was good. I did not notice any unkind or rude behavior from the staff, contrary to what most of the comments indicated. It’s a fast food restaurant, not a Michelin-starred establishment. BTW, Jimmy John’s sandwiches are always delicious.

The moment I entered I was greeted with hostility, as if the workers were unhappy that customers were in the store. My girlfriend and I were given dirty looks, and met with an attitude by a heavyset male employee when given our sandwiches. The sandwiches came out slowly, and by the way the workers would look at us while we were waiting for our sandwiches, you would have thought it was our fault. We felt uncomfortable during the experience. At the end, we were denied water by the heavyset man, and our sandwiches were not made correctly by the same man. Would give 0 stars if I could, do not recommend. Will be visiting the Lincoln Avenue establishment in the future, where the employees care for their customers.

The staff here are extremely rude and simply just do not care. When I walked in the cashier gave me a dirty look from the start. They did not properly wrap my sandwich or tape it shut and when I took it out of the bag it just unraveled and fell on the floor. When I asked if they could remake it for me the guy just said “no”. After I told him was happened in front of many witnesses he did not give me any explanation and just said “no”. Overall they are very rude and would not recommend this Jimmy Johns. They don’t even give out cups for water. Go to the one by LAR.
