I’m not sure how this location only has a 3.8 because their employees are absolutely wonderful and make the best subs! They made sure toppings were plenty full and everything was fresh. This will be our new subway go to!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, as I was eating it I realized a weird texture in my mouth . When I opened up the sub I noticed the bacon was RAW ! Took the sub back to the store in which the cashier laughed in my face & said that he would have eaten the raw bacon. He called his manager who explained to me that the put the raw meat onto the bread & expects the toaster to cook THE MEAT ! I told the manager that is the nastiest thing I’ve ever heard considering the toaster is to toast THE BREAD ! I WILL NEVER spend another dime here ! & to think I received a refund ? She stated I would have to go on the app to get my money back !

We used to eat here a lot years ago, but moved to the N Main location. Recently we have ordered online here because they accept the coupons. One order was “less” banana peppers, one “less” onion, the last was “less” sauce. Prices have doubled, they now hide the make area, and if you aren’t there in front of them to get it made the way you like, they just do the opposite.

A while back I posted all the issues I had concern starting with pests. I’m glad to say they updated everything and now it’s clean. Staff was attentive and got my order done quickly. I waited almost 2 years to be brave enough to review this place again finally they fixed this restaurant!

We have bought subs from this location twice in the past couple of weeks. First, the three workers are extremely pushy and didn’t listen to what I wanted on my subs. I had 3 orders to place each different topping same type of sub. Needless to say I DIDN’T get what I ASKED for. After picking of what wasn’t wanted on my subs, the bread was stale and fell apart. Normally this is the only Subway we’ll eat at, but after 2 bad experiences. Im thinking of going somewhere else.

This Subway refuses to take any subway coupons (saying they don’t have to accept them)… And They limit the $6.99 deal for the 6” Special ‘Meal of the day’ to only one per order…They refuse to give any other discounts per order… IF you order multiple $6.99 meal deals then you figure out their false advertising at the register … they refuse to change the order to just one meal deal and one sandwhich… no changes will be made from what they have ring up… forcing you to buy all of it at their terms… they refused to disclose that they have changed of terms of the advertised special or change an order (by removing a drink or chips)

The young lady was absolutely a sweetheart, but the young man there that fixed my sub really messed it up by putting vinegar on it when I didn’t ask for it at all and me and my daughter told him what kind of sub we wanted 3 times and then he over charged me for the subs by putting in the wrong ones. I wasn’t satisfied at all with my orders at all and won’t be going back to that subway again.
