I wouldn’t even rate them one star. I ordered my food online and got to the store and picked it up just to get home and have them make my food wrong. They put onions and green peppers on all the subs and mine was supposed to be without When I called to make them aware of it they said they were closed and that I would have to come the next day to get a new sub we hung up the phone then minutes later I received a phone call from them saying I needed proof that I wasn’t lying about my order being wrong, mind you it was only 9:32 which they weren’t supposed to close till 10pm. I also ordered a churro and they didn’t have it and instead of them refunding the money for it they kept my money. They had their kids there at the store and the manager allowed it all to happen. Worst restaurant ever. I hope the restaurant owner does something about this cause it’s ridiculous.

This Subway never disappoints! Great employees, fresh bread, fast and friendly service. Prices are a little much but worth it. Went to subway today and there was an employee that I’ve never seen before, he looked as if he really didn’t want to be there, I wouldn’t want to be either if I had to be my own…anyway, he took my order, then overlooked my husband and then didn’t wrap his sandwich the right way…

I like to start off I go to the subway all the time never had a problem until today I ordered my food online. The app told me not to come until 9:25 I came at the time it told me. When I got there I noticed my food has not been made. When I was telling a guy I had to order my food 20 minutes ago I was only saying that because I was wondering if I ordered at the right place I thought I made a mistake and ordering it the wrong Subway. But I didn’t the guy got a attitude with me and said they do not make sandwiches that people order online until you come into the store which makes no sense cuz what’s the point of ordering online. If you’re not going to make it until I come in. I can just order it when I walk in. He told me that they was wasting food so I guess that was my problem or my fault that they was wasting food that I already paid for. It really upset me the way he spoke to me because I came in there was a positive happy attitude and I walked away very upset and felt disrespected. Again I’ve ordered from this place multiple times and never felt this way I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but maybe someone else should be making the sandwich or working up front if he wasn’t feeling it. Just because you having a bad day at work that means you need to take it out on the next person.
