I called for the fourth time with a complaint about my delivery order. Today it was buffalo wings with sauce scarcely drizzled on them. Some didn’t even have sauce on them. Just like the buffalo chicken pizza we got a while back, Not one drop of sauce on the pizza. We order pizza all the time from Domino’s because they deliver to work and to the house. We tip good every time which makes it even worse. The drivers have to hear all the complaints and they aren’t involved. The staff are amazing, they make it right. They offer to remake the food or credit the account. They say the new manager is the reason for the recent trouble we have had. The workers say she’s had them cut back on sauces to save money. That little bit of sauce cost them another 32 wings and 2 free pizzas. Doesn’t seem to smart to me. Used to not have trouble been eating there since the Lake Park store opened. That will change.

I understand having more lax dress codes at work, but they’re has to be a limit to it. when i walk into a dominos I would at least expect the worker to have something on to show they work at dominos and they didnt just roll out of bed. Its a shame too cause I do enjoy ordering and picking up food for carryout. I hope this gets addressed soon.

The pizza was the best. The service was great!! Loved the crust, the garlic butter on it!! Lots of toppings and not skimpy on the sauce. I grew up in the north and always ate at another pizza place. Domino’s will be my go to from now on!!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Domino’s. My order was placed at 7:05, and it’s now been over 46 minutes I’m still standing here waiting for one pizza. The tracker hasn’t moved from “prep,” and no one communicates or apologizes. Completely unacceptable. If there was an option for zero stars, this store would get it.

The manager on duty was awful, rude to customers and to the employees cussing to himself and them. Belittling his employees telling them it’s not rocket science.. waited 45 minutes for pizza. Won’t ever come back in to this location as long as he is here. I understand they were busy and is a normal thing for Saturday nights..
