I am hesitate about ordering food from this establishment. But, against my better judgment I ordered a salad on the mobile app. Got the order back to my office only to discover they didn’t put any cheese on my salad. They also did not include ANY dressing. I paid for double meat, but not sure that was given to me. Not worth $12.25, that’s for sure.

If I could give minus 5 I would. I ordered online to pick up a steak and cheese with extra onions and peppers. I got a piece of ham with like one piece of onion and a piece of pepper. Next time I’m getting Chinese!It’s always correct!!

Went in to get the number 20 and they had chicken but they said it was frozen so I asked since they didn’t thaw out their chicken if they would substitute it with one of the other two types that they had to use and I was told no. I’m not sure why you would have chicken ready to go before a dinner rush or why you wouldn’t substitute it with another type of chicken if you couldn’t think to thaw it but I can live without a subway in my life I just hope next time they think to thaw food that people will eat.

This subway have very bad customer service. When I try to pay I try going half cash and half card. Instead the lady made me pay fully on card. And hand me back my cash. I tried to tell her why you made me paid all on card when I gave you some in cash. She look at me and then look at her coworker like I’m stupid. On top of that she was very rude about it. They don’t have name tag only one was wearing a uniform. And I heard the manager wasn’t there. Just Poor customer service.

Bad service. Placed an order online and drove through the window only to find out they were out of the certain sub. Cashier was rude in placing our order. Kept closing the window every time we try to talk to place the order. We try to ask for the extra money we paid online back & they made it a big deal. But who wouldn’t if you paid for something you did not have available? Then they were making fun of our accents. Sad to go through something like this. Never again buying from here.
