My boyfriend and I come to this place at least once a week due to its proximity to work, and Charlie and his wife are always so courteous and professional in making the sandwiches. I’ve never waited more than 3 minutes to be helped and they really care about customer experience and getting your order right. Charlie always remembers my order and is very friendly. The food is always good. Definitely the best subway I’ve been to!

Lying owner says my free sub redemption on the official subway app won’t work, but the 2 dollars off will? No I’ve been through this at other location you don’t want to accept the free redemption because you’re cheap as hell. Instead of lying about it and saying that it’s not working just say you don’t accept the redemption. But honestly you own an entire franchised location possibly multiple and using coupons and subclub rewards is gonna hurt you that bad? Nothing more than corporate greed.

Guess we were the wrong color… 3 of y’all at the counter.. i know y’all see us at the counter. Not one of you opened y’alls mouth or acknowledged us in any way.. our first visit to this location, and you best believe it’s our last.. just to make sure we weren’t tripping, we waited and watched 4 or 5 other people of the other color got greeted very well and had exceptional service. I guess at SUBWAY, y’all prefer to keep it alive.

Stopped in at 12:30 with a friend. Haven’t eaten at a Subway in probably 7+ years and this verifies why. Man and woman behind the counter couldn’t have been any less friendly. Probably husband and wife mad at each other. I thought I’d try the 6″ “Philly Cheesesteak” on white bread. She took the ice cream scoop and scooped up some odd-looking chopped meat pieces and pushed it on the bread. She then put cheese on it and popped it in the toaster oven for 15 seconds. The lettuce in the bin was “rusty”, my term for it sitting out and turning light brown. No thanks! Other “condiments” appeared to be OK, but who knows? I wasn’t willing to gamble. I only asked for salt & pepper and took a chance on the mayo. The “meat” had an odd seasoning on it and was just a weird texture (chewy). If my friend hadn’t paid for lunch, I would have tossed it in the trash and gone somewhere else. 1 other person was there…that should have been a clue.
