Google and store stays open at 8.00 AM. I placed an online order, it says it will ready by 8.30 AM. I can’t even cancel the order, after I placed from online. I waited outside for 1 hour to get my food. I’m not complaining on employees, I understand they need prepare but they should atleast change the timings.

Came in a little after 9:30. Placed my online order before 9:30 like it asked. They close at 10. When I arrived a lady locked the door and wouldn’t let me have my food. Even though it was cooked and right there in the online order tray. It took me unfortunately loosing my cool and getting loud for another employee to come and unlock the door and hand me my food. To that young man, thank you for doing the right thing by handing me my finished food instead of ignoring me and taking my food. To that lady, Cee U Next Tuesday.

This store is HORRIBLE!!If I could give zero stars I would! Wouldn’t remake my online order that was done incorrectly. When I came to pick up my order the doors were locked and all the lights were on. An employee was in the back doing God knows what. Worst experience over sandwiches I have ever had. Police were called and I was told they have had several issues at this store.

I ordered my food online, says ready at 8:50 p.m, I get there at 9 pm and they’re closed doors locked and my food sitting on the shelves THAT I PAID FOR ALREADY. I pull up and even the door says they don’t close til 10 and online. I can’t even comprehend the thought process.

Came to subway at 8:55 pm on 4/20/23 and they had the entire line empty and told me they were closed. They close at 10 but I guess an hour early wasn’t enough! I never go to subway and decided to give it another try tonight and was reminded why I don’t go very quickly.

I walked in and the manager noticed there was a 2 person line and immediately jumped in to move things along. I enjoyed pleasant thoughtful service catered to my personal taste. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness. My son and I split a sandwich and she was super attentive to make sure we both had an optimal experience. The place looks recently renovated. It was super clean and pleasant to enjoy a quick bite to eat.

Charged me for bacon and never even got my bacon! I ordered off Uber eats and the receipt attached SAYS BACON ADDED. Could’ve just refunded me but overall the sandwich was good.
