Worst service I’ve had at any kind of restaurant in a long time. First of all, I tried to place an order via computer, to take advantage of a special they were running only available on the computer, and when I tried to pay with my credit card, it wouldn’t accept it. I tried an additional five different credit cards all again, refused. After going to the Subway in person and explaining the problem they refused to acknowledge the special prices. This was the last straw in the final time I’ll ever try Subway again!!!

Terrible service, the manager said that she was closing and there was still time but chose to make the online orders and not help me when I was standing right there. I wouldn’t go there at all if it was the last place for dinner

I just got two club subs from here. I assumed that they would go skimpy on the meats because I used a BOGO coupon. Not So ! The two sandwiches were more than adequately filled with roast beef, turkey, and ham! I really enjoyed being able to observe them making my subs to order! Most of my favorite sub places do not allow this ! The two young ladies that tended to me were polite, efficient, and really wanted to do a great job ! I complimented them on making great looking sandwiches! They are a real credit to Subway and will be a big factor in my recommending them! Thanks for a really satisfactory visit !

2/1/24; I got a bad experience today from this location at lunch time this morning. . All I came in for was to pick up my order, but yet received one of the most nastiest attitude from one of the team members. (Possibly Hispanic girl) She wasn’t friendly at all and got smart with me, when all I wanted to know was when my order was ready. That’s it, wasn’t rushing anyone or anything, just a harmless question.. So there was no reason for the level of attitude I received. It was rather pathetic more than anything. I was nice to you, and you should have treated me with respect as I did to you. But no, you wanted to be nasty towards me. She was working on my order but quickly sent my order to be finished by the other employee (whom was much more nicer than she was). In other words, I guess to avoid me, I don’t know what her problem was, if it would have been one of my off days, she would have heard my thoughts and I could of been nasty back to you 10x worse than you were to me. If you can’t be kind and courteous to people why work in the fast food industry.? You see a lot of people everyday and have to interact with people, so why be rude to someone.? I even left your rude behind a tip and this is what I pay for?. If I happen to see you again, just know I remember you and won’t forget the experience you left me to remember….

Quick staff and good food. I wish they had more room to have more seats. Our group ate standing up at one of the two available tables. Chicken salad wrap is worth checking out – tasty!

Very disappointed!!! I ordered from my app, and got the steak & cheese sub, but NO onions, that they put on it, and also extra mayonnaise that I didn’t get any!! I mean I came from Pacolet SC, and get back home and it’s MESS UP!! How hard is it the read what someone wants!!

The store supposed to open at 8am & I’ve been sitting here since 8:15am. It’s currently 8:40am & the young lady hasn’t even looked my way or anything. I just wanted a sub for breakfast, but I definitely think this will be my last time at this Subway for awhile.
