Wowza – IHOP, bringing the good food, with the new pancake tacos and strawberry iced tea. Our waitress Charlene mysteriously knew what we wanted, and she delivered great service.

My family and I ate there this morning. The food was edible, nothing special. Now the service was were this all fell apart. We were greeted in a timely manner. The food took more time then it should have. 20 minute + wait to get our food served to us. At the end of our meal we waited over 15 minutes to get our meal ticket punched. After having to ask 2 staff to let the waitress know we were ready to leave. She walks up with an attitude to which she forfeited her tip back to my bank account. Frankly for the price we pay for dinning out service must be the one thing that draws customers to spend the limited extra cash we have.

All-You-Can-Eat birthday pancakes for my young bride on her birthday. Beef tips & eggs w/ pancakes for me. Can’t do much else to celebrate in our economic mess, but this was fun & satisfying. Even remembered Captain Kangaroo, Mr. Bunny, Mr. Moose, & Mr. Green Jeans. Now if only I could get my 64 years to balance on a Schwinn Lemon-Crate again… lol.

This has to be the laziest crew at an IHOP!!! Walking in the front reception area smelt like the bathroom. No One greeted us when we walked in. We looked around restaurant and did not see a staff member for about five minutes. We ever try to get someone’s attention in the kitchen.. A waitress came out. She was a little spacey, not sure if she knew what she was doing. She sat us done asked for drink order ..I ordered coffee and my companion ordered iced coffee. This is where it goes down hill much faster than one would think. After walking away and not seeing her for a few more minutes she comes to take our order. No drinks still .out comes the drinks luke warm coffee for me and my friend in a tall glass with black coffee and ice cubes.what are you kidding me… ..our food comes and food is not really hot, pancakes were horrible. They were dry and heavy and seemed old. Crispy potatoes were not very crispy. After having a few bites the waitress comes and states that her system will reboot itself at 4am and she need to have payment right now…it was 345am. This location could use a good cleaning and maybe their plumbing inspected

Service left something to be desired. Drinks not refilled timely and some food came out with some dishes barely warm, however, all of that being said we were with a larger party (5 adults, 4 teens, 1 child) so I’m sure that accounted for some of the delay. The restaurant was obviously busy. The food was delicious & the restaurant was clean! As a former restaurant manager, I just expected a little more.

The rootie tutie fresh and fruity was a hit with my friends…our waitress was great gave us ice tea to go! The restaurant was busy but service was great. In and out in 30 mins.

We had one of the best servers I have ever had. Her name was Elaine. She interacted with my children and made them feel comfortable and happy. My kids wanted apple sauce and she didn’t know that they were out at the time we ordered. So instead of just telling us that there was no apple sauce to give the kids and there is nothing she can do. She gave my kids ice to make up for not having apple sauce. I would definitely recommend her service.
