Had an online order and the girl kept looking at me through the window while waited on someone to come to the window and even walked by the window and still wouldn’t come to the window. And no one was in the store, after waiting 15 minutes a guy came from outside and asked her did I need to order, she tells him she doesn’t know and when he came and asked me, he handed me my food from that had been waiting that whole time at the window. And to top it off I had to eat my sub with a spoon because how soaked it with so much liquid.

I usually order online for drive thru pickup. The food is always good, but not always what you order. Missing ingredients you asked for, and hard to check a sub in the car and get it fixed if wrong. Need more attention to the order.

So when the lady working there was making my sandwich I asked for extra olives , and she put very few on my sub so I asked again for extra olives and she told me it’s a $1 extra so I said “ok that’s fine” and she put maybe 7 or 8 more olives on there so I ask her “so that’s extra “ and she said “yes”. I think that is so wrong to do a paying customer that way. If I pay a $1 extra for olives I expect to get EXTRA olives . That’s just ridiculous. The people working there both had foreign accents and by their body language I knew they were talking about me . They both looked Indian maybe , & I don’t say that to be racist bc I definitely am not , but that’s the only way I could think to describe them. Most of the time when I go to places where they make the food in front of me I would normally tip a few bucks, but definitely not this time . Just terrible service . If you have to pay extra for something then it should be EXTRA. PERIOD, that was just really rude of her to charge me extra & not give me extra . You can buy a whole can of olives at the store for a few dollars & they get those olives for cheap & it would not have hurt them to give me extra especially considering I paid a $1 extra . I paid almost $20 and still didn’t get my sandwich how I wanted it , that’s ridiculous.

Had a mobile order including a salad earlier today. The pitiful presentation left little to be desired. Hardly any tomatoes or cheese & few veggies. And ofc, no salad dressing & wasn’t asked for a choice of any. Had to return to ask for more tomato & cheese & what I got wasn’t it at all. I will definitely not be returning to this location. If possible, go elsewhere. Unacceptable.

Where’s the Meat?
Came here for lunch today, figured I’d grab a quick sandwich and be on my way.
Took almost 20 minutes to get a foot long Tuna with just lettuce and cheese, and guess what…. Barely ANY tuna! Like they took a regular spoon and one scooped the dang thing and spread that into a footlong sub! IM DISAPPOINTED! Usually be pretty good here but today, I noticed new people so you know what comes with that!!
I won’t be back to this location.
P/S Hire some people who WANTS to be there and make the rest of them clean the dam place up!
